I'd previously written a good review of this company due to their range and a good customer service, I'd had an order arrive defrosted and they dealt with it swiftly. However it happened again (I suspect the issue is with smaller orders where they put items in a big box and they move around as they don't pad it out with ice-packs - there wasn’t a single one in my box), and customer service (Susan) told me it was "most unusual" (no apology) and asked me to prove there wasn't a gap in delivery time and me unpacking it - something they could do themselves by looking at dpd delivery time and the time I emailed them. I sent 'evidence' anyway of the no more than 10 mins gap between delivery and me unpacking the box and its been radio silence since, despite me chasing as I still need bones for my dog and explained that I didn’t want to order more and then them send a replacement and me end up with not enough freezer space. I’ve now had to raise this as a disputed fee with my bank and order bones from elsewhere. Lots of hassle when a quick apology, refund or replacement, and an ability to acknowledge that perhaps their packaging might need a tweak was all that was needed.

My order was delivered today and I'm over the moon, I can't wait to treat my favourite furry friend! They're such good quality, the packaging was ideal and the delivery was so quick. Absolutely great customer service to boot. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service, I've ordered a few times from them now and the bones always turn up rock hard, on the one occasion some items were slightly defrosted (and therefore unsafe to feed my dog), the company offered to send out replacement items straight away - no fuss. (The last company I used it happened constantly and they made me take photos of all the defrosted meat which I had to lay out on my kitchen floor!). Really impressed with the customer service but also the range on this site. Great for bones that distract my dog!

Excellent company, great fresh food. There was room in my box so they sent 4lbs extra free chicken. So thoughtful and great customer service. Arrived 48 hours after ordering by DPD. Totally recommend.

I'm a long term happy customer. Consistently every order arrives the next day, complete, well frozen and good quality. This is what I like about NBN, easy, hassle free, reliable. I'm busy and dashing around all over the place as a volunteer dog handler for search and rescue. I trust NBN to deliver good quality meat and bone that helps keep my dogs in top condition. Online ordering and next day delivery is fantastic and reliable. You are doing a great job NBN 👏

I have been a customer since they just had the one shop in West Moors , but I feel they have forgotten the customers who got them to where they are .The pricing is all over the place it changes from shop to shop and on there website .I recently brought 15 kg which had jumped up 25% in one month . When I challenged it they just said they hadn’t put it up for a long time . Very disappointed long term customer.

Great service weekly for our raw food delivery. Friendly delivery team and our 2 large dogs love their treats that they frequently receive on top of the food box. Good value for money and the best carcasses for size and value we have found .2 happy dogs 🐕 🐕🤩 Extra thanks this week as got a fabulous toy for being 100th order of the day - really good rubber bone - boys very excited!

Speedy delivery, excellent packaging, fantastic quality natural dog food - they threw in a free sausage for the hound as well so she’s very happy.

Having been a loyal customer for over 11yrs I now find the lack of stock online that has been going on for absolutely months now so poor. Unfortunately it has got to a point of defrosted sachets arriving by DPD 3 times that I now have to substitute their meals with another brand. It’s a shame as this was once a fabulous shop with so much choice but over the years and increase of stores it now shows excessively.

I use the Christchurch store and they Are very helpful and always well stocked. My German sheperd stopped eating grass when we moved to this food!

Wow im so impressed with the quality of the products from this website. Ordered a load of bone marrow bones for my dogs expecting them to be mediocre for the price but boy was i wrong. These fresh bones even still had meat on them, they're going to keep my dogs busy for a long time. Will definitely be ordering more.

My Dogs both love this raw food. Lots of choice to ensure a varied diet. I like the packaging. It's so easy to store in the freezer and the items are packaged really well for transit and arrive still frozen on arrival. My only issue is that there seems to be lots of stock off sale when I want to reorder which is disappointing.

Have been feeding raw for a few years now and have tried several brands over the years but since using nurturing by nature I am so happy with the quality price and availability my 2 dogs have never turned there nose up at any of there products so they are who I stay with my lab had terrible trouble with his anal glands for a very long time since being on nurturing by nature he has had no trouble at all so has saved me a fortune in vets bills I get my orders delivered sometimes which is great and free delivery the only downside of that is you don’t get your card stamped every order you purchase so now I have been going in the Christchurch shop so I can get rewards every time I shop the lady’s in there are always friendly and very helpful would highly recommend nurturing by nature

I’ve gone to the shop many times and the staff are always so helpful and cheerful! My dogs adore their food as the shop has many different variety of food which is amazing! As well as different treats to keep my dogs happy and healthy :)

I have been feeding my Border Collie their raw food for just over 5 years and she loves it. They are alwsys helpful and friendly. Most of the time we pickup from the store. I have shopped on line a few times and you only have to buy £10.00 worth of food for a free delivery which i thing is bery helpful. I would definately recommend Nurturing by Nature to anybody. Very happy.

Tasty Treats 😋 Moo here, I’m a staffy who controls my human unless I get my furry bunny ear. She keeps we waiting as the staff are so lovely and helpful. Wish I had thumbs to get sealy back open, those ears are so good. Thankyou nurturing by nature, my paws high five you🐾

A fantastic company. Phoned customer service for raw feeding advice for a puppy and they were so knowledgeable. The raw food is top quality and there is a great variety, including natural treats and all very favourably priced. Delivery was swift. So glad I found them.
