Changing Pad purchase

This changing pad comes with no cover and the website does not sell a cover for it. The changing pad is like a plastic material that I will have to go ahead and make my own changing pad cover for. There is a customer service number but it just tells you to leave a message. You can email them and wait for them to email you back.

Excellent Company, Excellent Purchase!!

I purchased the KidKraft Lil' Symphony Guitar for my 3 year old nephew.
This the fjrst time I've ordered from Nurzery but it won't be the last!
I had a question about delivery and it was answered immediately.
The tracking and delivery information was fast and correct.
I received my purchase quickly and it was securely packaged.
My sister, brother-in-law, and nephew all LOVE the guitar.
I've seen the same guitar on other sites but they were between $10-$20 more!
I am sooo very happy that I chose Nurzery for my purchase!!!
Other members of my family are planning to make Nurzery purchases as well!!

Car seat in used condition.

I bought the safety 1st complete air 65 car seat and although I found it to be a good price, the cup holder that it came with has a bunch of scratches inside. This has definitely been used and was never mentioned when purchasing.

Delivery at the speed of light!

This delivered two days after I ordered it. I was fully expecting a 1 to 2 week delivery time, especially since it qualified for free shipping. Great service!

great website

I ordered a car seat from nurzery.com It was out of stock everywhere and I finally found it here. I was a little skeptical about the site but I found a few reviews on it & trusted it. I recieved the car seat quickly & was able to track my order as well. Service was great & I love the car seat. I'm so happy I found it on this site. I highly recommend this site. Very reliable. I also got to use a promo code so i got free shipping & $20 off the seat. So it was a great deal.

Fantastic!

I ordered a lunchbox for my son, throughout the process customer service was quick and efficient. I was hoping for a good quality lunchbox that I could embroider my sons name on, it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely order again! Thank you!

Great experience

When placing my order somehow I misspelled my street and submitted the order without reviewing. When I emailed Nurzery to tell them about my mistake they responded very quickly. They had resolved my issue before replying and thanked me for my purchase. I received my item 2 days after I asked for my address to be corrected. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Their customer service is outstanding I had some questions about shipping that I emailed to them late one night and they replied back the next day before lunch!! Prices are great and I would highly recommend that you buy from them!!!

Excellent customer service!

They were very friendly and helpful. I had some pricing questions, and they were quick to respond by phone and email. I had found a cheaper price, and they were willing to meet that or be understanding of my purchasing elsewhere. I ended up purchasing from them, not just for price, but I felt I was getting the customer service that is lacking in so many businesses.

I bought my product on a Saturday and when I read the shipping it said it usually took one to three days. On Monday I received a email saying my package will be here Thursday and now today I received a email saying next Tuesday. Had I known it would have taken this long I would have went to the store and paid more for the product my children were excited to play with their gift.

Don't trust stock listed on website

On 12/14 I ordered an item showing to have 3 in stock and would ship within 1-3 days. 3 days after I received an email from PayPal informing me of a refund from this company. I'm assuming they didn't have it in stock? There was zero communication from the company and further today is 12/22, one week after initial purchase and 3 days before Christmas and my account still hasn't seen the $140 that was for my daughters "big" Christmas present. I am utterly disappointed in this company, their incapacity to accurately update stock and their lack of professional communications. I will not ever be ordering from here again and I would caution customers

Completely satisfied

We received our nightstand within 3 days from placing our order. Most companies said 4-6 weeks. They were also the best priced of all of the companies that carried this nightstand. We will definitely use Nurzery in the future.
