Could not get seat assignments for Lion Air flights nor could I get reponse from NusaTrip on getting seat assignments.

No flight, no contact, no refund
I booked at flight with NusaTrip that was subsequently cancelled by the airline. I’ve had no contact from NusaTrip. They email they provide doesn’t work and neither does their UK phone number. I recommend you book with someone else.

Nusatrip did not inform about cancelled flight
I booked three flights in Indonesia due to not being able to book directly with the airlines (issues with credit card). I felt the prices were quite low. On the day of our first flight I googled our flight number and according to numerous websites, it had been cancelled. We were not informed about it by Nusatrip at all. It was hard to get hold of the airline as well, as they were unresponsive online. We decided to go to the airport and try to find a solution there, and luckily the Lion air customer Service rebooked us on another flight with a different airline.
