Have not received any order conformation or shipping details
Have tried several times to contact them through their so called 24/7 customer service and have yet to receive a response

I purchased the Nutbag trimmer and nose n ear trimmer combo. The nutbag trimmer will nick you even when trying to be careful but did do a pretty good job. The ear n nose trimmer is just garbage, useless as tits on a bull , I can see why they offer this as a combo. Didn’t even think about returning the ear n nose trimmer, I had more enjoyment in throwing into the bin.

I used it maybe 4 times before no longer charging, thanks for scamming me. Nutbags in your mouth

Definitely not for your ‘nuts’ unless you like Knick’s and cuts .
Ok for body hair only in my view
Stopped working and won’t charge now so totally useless.
Used monthly and now out of warranty so you be the judge

To follow up from my previous review, I finally got a reply from customer services and was offered either a replacement or a refund. I thought fantastic, finally!
I opted for a refund, however the refund has never materialised and it was offered on the 1/3/2024
The company is a complete con and to make matters worse, I’ve been informed by Trust Pilot that they are now trying to have my review taken down!

Slow slow ship from Australia. 3 weeks and still not left Oz apparently. Another week then cancelling for refund. JOKE

Placed an order at the start of February. Tracking said awaiting collection by delivery company in
Australia for almost 2 weeks. Asked for an update from the company but no response. Very disappointing.

Took 12 days to arrive. I thought it would be sent from UK seeing as it was a .co.uk website but it comes from Germany.
Because its an imported delivery it gets an import lable on the parcel that says in Capitals "NUTBAG GROOMER"
My package was left with my neighbour so she now knows I shave my nuts.
I havnt used it yet but first impressions of the experiance are not good.

Guys I tried the trimmer for the first time and I nicked my nut sack and bleed everywhere. I am going to assume that I didn't pull my sack taught enough even tho I thought I did and by all reports I shouldn't cut myself.
As a virgin user the little info slip that came in the box didn't give me alot of info.
Maybe a cartoon tutorial on your website on how to do it safely may be helpful. I did use the adjustable comb to trim up first and that worked great. I am building up the courage to try again.

Best product I've used to keep everything near and tidy. No nicks or cuts. Fast efficient. Could ask for better.

Responded quickly and even sent me a free replacement (I had the old one and new blades didn't fit so they sent me the 2.0)

4th time using it I knicked the underside of my shaft. Haven’t done that in a long time whilst shaving. Guessing I was a little to overconfident in the abilities of this groomer.

I emailed you guys several times about the missing power cable for my trimmer, after sending the email you guys finally replied.
they ended up sending me a whole new trimmer but still didn't have the power cable in it, I emailed again and explained it to them again. they then sent out another trimmer to me.
After receiving my 3rd trimmer and still with no power cable I was shocked as to how they could get this wrong so many times.
I sent them 1 more email.
surprise surprise I recieved the 4th trimmer in the mail.

After haveing 4 useless trimmers I thought that was enough so I told them to send me a refund and I will go elsewhere.

It looks as tho they don't take there customers serious at all and have very bad customer service, on the positive side I did score 4 trimmers for free.

Been shaving the sacred garden for well over a decade with clippers. These are the only ones I've ever used that the nick the rooster and plums consistently. Bad enough that I'll probably just buy something else.

Regarding the actual quality of the unit, seems to be build well but something bad is going on at the sharp end.

We had some issues with items missing but this has now been resolved

Sorry fellas, this is little difference to any other electric shaver. It’s smoother on the back and chest than metal/metal shavers. But put on nuts and it draws blood just like any other shaver. I get quite nervous using if I’m honest, kind of holding off a bit which defeats the purpose.

It’s a tidy piece of kit, quiet and good battery but feel quite conned by what they claimed.

The groomer nicked my testicle and drew blood. I thought you claim that this wouldn’t or couldn’t happen. I’m terribly disappointed with your product. I’ve got other shavers that do the same thing. That is why I thought I would try yours. But it is no different to other shavers on the market.

I was a little sceptical at first, but took the plunge and I'm glad I did. It does everything as claimed and most importantly no nicks or cuts.
