Website does not work, does not let you upload files & absolutely NO way to contact anyone... We have used them for years & are very disappointed at these changes.

It's not accurate, don't bother
The informartion on the report is inaccurate.
I got the complete nutrition and supplement panel. Scrolled through and noticed the report listed the COMT variants they anaylze as resulting in *decreased* enzyme activity, when my genotype for both rsids listed is associated with *increased* activity.
I went to contact them to see if there was an explanation and there is zero way to contact them from what I can tell.
I imagine if I went through each rsid listed and search more for myself if any more of their information is entirely inaccurate, I would find it is. Seems like a scam company taking advantage because they expect no one to check their work.

Zero customer service!!!…
Horrible business with zero customer service!!!!
I paid 120 for a histamine report and never was able to get it. I want a full refund!!!!! You can not get intouch with anyone at this business there is zero customer service!!! Zero! The phone number is always busy, the email nurrahacker at sales no one writes back to you. Do not purchase extra products form this place. The 36 dollar one comes right away to your email the others apparently do not!
