Their fasting salts have been paramount to my extended fasts, especially the one with phosphorus. The advanced salts don't dissolve as well as the regular, but it's a very small price to pay for the benefits.

Wish I knew about this site ages ago. The information is spot on and super helpful, it's a great reference tool to remind myself of ketosis and fasting protocols. A lot of the information seems straight out of Jimmy Moore's, and Jason Fungus, (among others) books.
Products are great! Makes fasting Hella easier although fasting salts are a bit hard to get down but I feel pretty good all things considered! My wife did a 12 day fast and the refeeding tablets seemed to help with firing her digestive system up again! I'm already a converted customer and I'll be coming back again and again
