I had a welcome call from Stefa this morning which was a nice surprise . But as I have only just started the Nutripaw powder I was unable to give an opinion on it yet . But hopefully it works as well as it says it does 👍

I do believe that NutriPaw Hip and Joint Treats has made a difference to my 14 year old Vizsla! Been on them for a month or so. Happily jumps in and out of her favourite chair and limping greatly reduced. Had a chat with Ann from NutriPaw yesterday and she is lovely, totally gets it being a dog owner.

It is reassuring to know that our repeat order arrives on time.

I bought the pre, pro and post biotic chews for my Springer Sammy. She has had pinky red stained fur under her chin and on her feet since she was a puppy. I always thought it was normal until I saw an ad for a rival product. I bought a supply of them and tried her on them for a couple of weeks but they upset her tummy (they had Pork in them) so I had to stop giving them to her.
I then discovered NutriPaw. She has been on these for a while now and she loves them. No upset tummy (always a bonus) and her fur has started to lose the ‘stain’. Her tummy has settled well also. So pleased with this product.

Getting tied into a subscription and taking money from people’s bank the product is used in such small amounts that every month is not appropriate to reorder automatically anyway . I’ve been ripped off. Y this company

O…dear NutriPaw.So very,very paw…get it?
Think long and hard before you place an order with this company.I have no comment to make on the product…a month in and I see no change in behaviour but as their site repeatedly states,it may take up to 3 months.
My issue is with the initial ordering.There is no clear/explicit information that you are entering into a subscription…clearly so well hidden that there are numerous references on this review site that people have been signed up to a subscription without realising.
On their site they inform you of a delivery being due which you can cancel.
This morning I received an email from Nutripaw at 05:05 informing me my order would be sent?? At 05:06 payment was taken from my account!! That’s when I found out I had a subscription.Smoke..mirrors…sharp practice.Its telling,that there are so many reviews on this site reflecting the same experience…
Further to the response below from NutriPaw.If they took the time to read my review rather than a platitude of words it might have felt more appropriate.Fortunately I have every email from NutriPaw since my purchase.My order,my receipt and delivery information.Nowhere on these emails does it mention I have a subscription.An email entitled “A little extra surprise for you” from NutriPaw was delivered to my inbox on Thursday.I didn’t read it,why would I.Of course with hindsight I should have because that was the first time communication from them included a suggestion that I would be getting regular monthly deliveries,actually the term subscription wasn’t used at all.
NutriPaw have agreed to refund the cost minus the return postage of the product.Be warned.

My little dog is a fussy eater and I find if he has his
nutri-paw powdered teeth cleaner in his food he seems to eat all the food and lick his bowl clean. His teeth are certainly a lot cleaner and whiter as I have been using the seaweed powder and it is working! I have found the communications with nutriPaw to be very encouraging as the owner and staff really do care about customer satisfaction and have a genuine interest on how your four-legged pet is managing! I would also like to thank nutriPaw for the the little surprise packet of dental chews which have been scoffed by my dog! I need to adjust my subscription! I am pleased so far with the results!

I've been using the dental powder for a few weeks and their breath is so much better. Lers hope it continues.

I found the dental powder as my 9 year old dog had terrible breath and tartar build up. I sceptical at first but I can't believe how well this worked. Combined with some tough chews his teeth look nearly new and his breath is sooooo much better.

It was good to have a call from Stefa today asking how I was getting on with Nutripaw product. Quite unexpected to get a follow up call- good customer service

Very impressed with these calming treats. I was a bit sceptical but thought I’d give them a go. They really work. My dog is a lot calmer, happier, and not so anxious.

I was worried this would be another fad thing for our dog that I’d found online, but it’s been a year now and even our vet says the dental water is helping every day with fighting plaque and tartar. So… I’d say it’s worth every penny!

I have used quite a few product from Nutripaw and currently trying the dental powder. I swapped to this from the dental water as I read the powder helps more with plaque but I must say, I definitely noticed a difference with the whiteness of my greyhounds teeth while using the water. I've been using the power now for around a month and a half and can see some definite movement of the plaque on her teeth so I'm going to stick with it. I'm also now a VIP member - due to how many orders I've made - so now receive 20% off my subscription! So all in all, a very happy customer 😀

Bought for my daughters Golden Retriever who is 3 years old who had started to have build up on teeth and breath starting to smell.
Vets said would maybe need deep clean, so tried dental powder to see if this would help first.
Wow, what a difference, within couple of weeks plaque started to come off, 'coffee stick' chew was given to aid the removal of plaque. (Also used goats ears and beef tails as altertive).
Noticeable change in colour of gums not as red.
2 months later almost all the plaque removed, gums nice healthy pink colour and no smelly breath! - win, win
The 2nd tub was for my puppy to keep teeth sparkling as adult teeth just come through, again using with 'coffee stick' to chew.
Yesterday I recommended dental powder to a work colleague who has dashound with smelly breath and plaque build up.

I bought an item for joint pain as a one off purchase. I was then subscribed without consent and the first thing I knew about it was when I received a notification saying they had taken funds from my account. I then contacted them which took way longer than the 12 hour response they promise on their website. I was told I had subscribed myself by one of their team when they eventually got in contact with me - which wasn't the case! I am very careful as I don't use subscriptions. They then removed me off their subscription list but are now refusing to refund the money they stole out of my account! And now they are ignoring me because they are determined to say I have received the item (which I haven't) and won't refund me the full price even if I had got it to send back! They wanted me to return said item and deduct £4 for postage when it is their error!! Absolute cowboys! So not the 100% money back guarantee they promise! Don't use them if you value your money!

I bought the probiotic treats which were a complete waste of money as neither of my dogs will go anywhere near them, regardless of how I try to disguise them. I emailed the company as I was encouraged to try them based on their money back guarantee, however they have told me that my dogs refusing to eat them does not fall within the terms of their guarantee. So the expensive pot of treats is now in the bin. Save your money and get probiotic paste which works out a lot cheaper, especially if your dog won’t eat the treats!
