So my border terrier had bad breath and has always had a bit of a funny tummy - border IBS! But I have been thorough one of the dental powder pots and he has been much happier…. Breath still not 100% but he definitely no longer suffering with a gurgly tummy! I’ll give it a go with another pot!

I first bought the Pre, Pro & Postbiotic Digestive Treats in November 25 and have noticed a considerable improvement in one of my dogs who had been suffering badly from ear infections and licking his paws - this has now cleared. I give them to both dogs (Shih Tzu) and have also noticed a difference in the backness around their eyes so overall I am very happy. I have recently bought the Dental Powder have not started using it yet so can't comment. The Dental Sticks weren't a great hit initially but will continue to try with the next free sample I have just received. No problems with orders or deliveries.

Don't click on any the post sale offers as these multiple to items not ordered but you are still charged for. Forget trying to get a returns label to return products you did not order and they won't refund until they have received the product retuned so reorded delivery is at your expense. Very poor customer service.

Cancelled my subscription but continued to keep sending products out. Emailed asking for refund and for them to stop delivery being sent. Got a reply fairly quick but then after that I had to keep chasing. Eventually got sent a returns label as by that time parcel had been sent. I returned straight away and gave enough time for it to be back with them a few days but no refund or email so had to chase again. In meantime had another email to say my next subscription was ready to send! So had to send more emails to say it should have been cancelled. Eventually got a reply to both. They assured me my subscription had been cancelled and the email I got was generic. Refund was issued but minus the postage so I got charged postage for their mistake. Would not recommend this company at all. The products weren’t great either hence stopping the subscription

After 3 weeks there is no difference to my dogs teeth or breath. I commented twice on their Facebook page saying exactly that and they deleted my comments so the only comments are all great. Which is why I bought it in the place. That's a con!

This company was made aware that my furry friend was allergic to the product they supplied in an email cancelling my subscription. They still sent this product out knowing it’s no good for my dog show it’s about sales and not the wellness of my dog. They don’t care it’s all about money in my opinion.

My bulldog has had so many allergies - allergic to chicken. Since using these chews all her lost hair has come back and her coat is healthy - highly recommend

Very impressed. I was sceptical but the addition of nutripaw powder has really helped our dogs teeth health. I initially bought 2 tubs; one for our 3 dogs and one for my daughter’s 9 year old whiggy whose teeth were really bad, covered in tartare and heading down the anaesthetic vet cleaning route. After 3 weeks of the powder my daughter booked a sonic tooth cleaning with the dog groomer and the tartar just fell away! This is not what normally happens and it would ordinarily take several visits and scraping and even then some tartar would remain. The groomer was able to remove virtually all the tartar quickly and easily and the powder is now considered an essential part of my daughter’s dog care routine.
Our 3 dogs already had pretty good teeth as they go for regular sonic cleaning but now we are able to push the appointments back as they need far less maintenance. I am Judy about to put in my next order. We will be using the powder daily as part of our 2 whiggies and our little iggies dental routine.

AVOID. I have ordered twice, did not have a subscription and decided not to order again. I then notice £105 taken out of my bank account by this company without my permission and to find they had enrolled me into a subscription service that I never agreed to. I emailed straight away to state I did not order this, nor did I want it, to refund me and to cancel the order. I got emailed to state I can unsubscribe (which I very tough - they give the hard sell). I responded to say that was not good enough, they said someone would be in touch. They sent the goods, kept my money -theft-and two weeks on and nobody has responded at all to my asking for a refund. I would never buy anything from them again.

My dog absolutely loves the nutripaw items especially the denture sticks.

Nutripaw as a company are really efficient and helpful. As I have a dog that has problematic digestive issues I pnoned before purchasing the Nutripaw Calming Treats and they were very helpful. Reassured by their advice I tried these out on my reactive GSD. They are really good. Although not a cure the tablets have reduced his hypervigilence and made him much more relaxed. The difference is remarkable.

Wasn't sure if she would eat her meals with the powder on but no problems can't say if it's helping probably need a few weeks to see that. Was happy how quick the powder came

Absolutely shocking customer service - allegedly i have set up a recurring subscription although when you go to manage subscription it does not recognise your email as linked to any subscription.

After multiple emails still unable to get direct contact with anyone - just 1 reply to follow the link to the manage subscription which does not work - maybe this is a ploy for multiple repeat subscription payments.

We were using another well know product for 2/3months but it wasn’t making a difference, we switched to Nutri paw and are very impressed, our dog is not completely cured and is still
Stiff after lying down, but the bonus is he is not limping on walks and is enjoying running round the garden again!

My dog has been getting very bad breath and she is very old and cannot have dental work done as she is a pug with breathing issues so her age and breathing prevent this . I have been using nutro paw for two months and there is already a difference I highly recommend this product

Had subscription for All itch & immunity treats, tried for 2 tubs (2 a day) but no changed in fact my cockapoo is getting worse...So don't waste your money on these...I wouldn't recommend them

My dogs have been on these treats for a week and already can see a difference no biting or chewing skin getting the odd scratch but it's a itching scratch so nice to see them both not attacking their biting their skin amazing

My dog enjoys the products and they seem to have been beneficial so far. Their service is also really good.
