Avoid this site, this site seems to me to be a scam just to steal people's money,I ordered a box of vitamins and I only received a confirmation email,,no tracking number absolutely nothing,I saw that days were passing and I didn't receive any notification I started to call but the phone was off.
7 days after I placed the order on their website they put the status that the package was delivered.
I had to call the bank to get my money back.
Disrespect some worthless people.

You know this is not true, we issued a full refund because you never replied with an answer with the correct address. You have no proof of any claims because we refunded you, otherwise you could post some of your claim details here. Perhaps you forgot to mention that you sent 10 emails asking where the order was right after your purchase, but never once replied to the address request after the package was returned for insufficient address. We will report your review and TrustPilot will ask you to prove that you opened a claim as you stated it here.

Convinced it’s a scam and my money is gone

Ordered supplements nearly a month ago, no email saying it’s been shipped, no order arrived. Online it says it shipped but there’s no tracking. After reading the other reviews I’m fairly certain this is just a scam website and I’m not sure why they are allowed to operate.

Mushrooms arrived after a month

I bought some mushroom supplements which were very hard to get hold of from America. Then I read reviews for the site and felt like my order would never arrive so I wrote it off and forgot about it. A month later the order did arrive so I don’t understand the other comments. I knocked off a star because although I did get the initial confirmation I didn’t receive any updates about delivery after that but overall I’m so happy I got the item I wanted

Very slow delivery, suspected tax dodgers.

Delivery very slow (24 days), but got it in the end. Seller was very slow to dispatch and although email communications were friendly, the seller refused to provide a tracking number and avoided answering direct questions. In fairness the website and order confirmation emails do highlight that delays are likely, but don't make it clear just how long these delays are going to be (states up to 8 days - not 24).

This website presents as a UK listed company (.co.uk), but the address listed on the website is a postal forwarding address in Poole used by 50+ other companies. No VAT registration is displayed on the website, no VAT numbers or charges are listed in email receipts, and there is no record of this company at companies house or HMRC.

The charge on your Paypal account will come from a company called EUNITEX Ltd, which are a seperate entity registered with HMRC, but without any declared links to nutricentral.co.uk, and owned by a single person with a UK address. Different address, different contact email and mobile number. EUNITEX Ltd files accounts as a micro company, claiming almost no earnings every year, which means no tax is paid.

Why? Because this is likely a tax dodger trying to avoid VAT charges. They could easily display a VAT number on their website and VAT charges in email receipts, but they don't. It is also possible that this company actually operates from outside the UK with help from within, which could be why many reviews here state that delivery takes so long, (products initially posted from outside the UK). The 'company' then claims delays are due to Royal Mail delays and strikes etc. This could also explain the efforts to avoid paying VAT.

If you order from this website, you MAY get what you've ordered, eventually - I did. But this website is likely breaking UK tax law, takes Paypal payments using a company with a different name, and deliberately hides any link to nutricentral.co.uk to avoid flagging to HMRC. This website uses Paypal, which can make things tricky for you if you need to try and get your money back. When using Paypal you lose your credit card protection under UK law and Paypal buyer protection is much weaker, (Paypal always favours sellers as they pay the fees). Sellers can often get away with it and avoid having to refund you.

Be wary of using this company, you may get what you ordered, but nothing about the website looks legitimate. You may struggle to get a refund if you run into problems.

I ordered a item from nutricentral

I ordered a item from nutricentral, paid double what other websites charge and 13 days go by no delivery. Take into consideration 8 days ago I ordered something from California and the item from Cali arrived today. I live in Manchester uk and nutricentral are uk based, so why is it taking 13 plus days to deliver when I can get a package from Cali in 8. Avoid like the plague

Product is great and delivery was fine.

This company had the best price for the product I wanted. Yes, the delivery took longer than usual, but they do have this info on their website. When I emailed them to check where my order was I got a reply within 24 hours to tell me it was with Royal Mail and would be about two days. It did arrive within those two days. I am happy with my order and the service provided.

Hello, this is a new order, is not 1 week old, also, you left the negative review before even contacting us. You have a very long list of negative reviews that you give to other businesses.

The order is not late and we are not a fraud as you mentioned. We are always happy to help if you follow regular means of communication and timeframe.

Delivery takes FOREVER.

Delivery takes FOREVER.

I foolishly bought from this company - without checking trustpilot - in the middle of March. It's now April and still no goods. I wrote to ask where it was and I asked if they even held goods in stock, and they responded by fobbing me off about the delivery being in another week, and of course didn't say anything about whether or not they held any stock. Well, it's a week later in which there has been no shipping notice nor has a parcel arrived.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. It's a dishonest seller that won't tell you up front if something is not in stock, and let's face it, after 2 weeks in the UK parcels get to where they are going.

I am very wary about ordering anything…

I am very wary about ordering anything online now and I always read the reviews before purchase. After reading some negative comments I thought I will give this shop a try with full knowledge that "I might get scammed". Yet after not even a week my order was delivered safe and sound. I did purchase only one bottle of supplements so I am not sure how they handle multiple orders, as well as I did not need to contact the customers service so I can't write anything in that subject. But personally I am pleased and relieved :) It is not a scam.
Edit - ordered a second batch and this one also reached me after a week.

Great Customer Service. 👍

Although the product I ordered did take a couple weeks to arrive, when I did email the company to ask for the details of my order, they were fast to respond and deal with my queries. Very good service and no complaints. Thank you 😊

Was weary about this seller when…

Was weary about this seller when initially buying from them due to negative feedback on Trustpilot as well as other review sites. You can tell by the way they respond to their unhappy customers on Trustpilot(public platform) that customer service is not something they value. However, I decided to buy from them as my regular supplier was out of stock and due to Nutricentral having a PayPal payment option. What a mistake, considering they sell vitamins which I use everyday, they took over 2.5 weeks to deliver them. I had to buy the vitamins from my regular supplier 2 weeks after my order with Nutricentral and I received that order before I got the package from Nutricentral.

I've never had to send multiple emails to a seller in order to get a response, this was my first experience and their phone number takes you to an automated response.

I honestly don't think I would have received my order if I never logged a complaint on PayPal.

My advice to management is to
- Respond to customer emails quickly
- Manage your brand reputation online and don't be rude to your customers on Trustpilot, it puts off potential customers
- Tell your customers that delivery will take 3 weeks before they pay you
- Dont report all of your reviews as that is petty, I will only provide Trustpilot with proof of purchase and it will be up again.

You have lost potential repeat business based on terrible customer experience but you can rescue your reputation if you change your approach.

No delivery no response

Ordered 1 bottle of DIM on the 24th July and it’s now the 13th of August No package received and I’ve tried to call leaving a message on an automated answer machine and sent 2 emails one 2 weeks ago plus an email through PayPal. No one has responded. Not very impressed so far.

This was an order dispatched and delivered on time. Perhaps not as fast as we all wish to have it but if you check our policies, we are very clear and honest about delivery times during this pandemic time. We do not have the same number of staff. As many people expect, we have to clean and disinfect every shipment received and every parcel going out, it is a process that we clearly state. However, this is a one the millions of negative comments found for every single other company in TrustPilot.

No matter how hard a company works, TrustPilot as an incredible number of negative feedback, just check any company and you will see it. On average, Amazon has 95% positive feedbacks for every seller and yet TrustPilot has a very high percentage of negatives for same sellers, we are all the same sellers everywhere. One of the main differences is that TrustPilot allows people to repeat and re-upload misleading and retaliation comments.
The customer who left the comments here got the product within the time frame stated at the time of the purchase, this is a fact but she is entitled to her own views. We are happy she got the product as thousands of other happy customers do.

a very very poor service and a company to avoid

a very poor service , they have excellent self protection in place , unfortunately they have no customer relation or retention skills , id avoid this company at all costs A~VOID AVOID AVOID due to the facts of the order , there are many more company's that offer a good service and a superior customer service , very poor company to deal with , they have replied to my initial review to claim defamatory statements and unfounded speculation of the event and i was personal attacked ,they have referenced my ip address and ended with a treat of legal proceedings .anyone who has ordered and had issue, i would request your GDPR and DATA to be released and then deleted . this is covered by new legislation and they can be fined and redress to you if found to be in breach of the act, im taking my reply to my solicitor , i have never encountered a company like this ever, its shockingly bad ,

they have also fought my 3 previous reviews stating they broke guideline, i assure the reader these are the FACTS of the case and this company is terrible to deal with ,

TrustPilot has already taken down this review before because it is from a very disturbed individual who uses different names or a very aggressive scammer. Also, is not in the UK or is using different fake locations, names and emails.
For the last 5 months this person has been attempting to get free products, using well known flagged mailing addresses and posting negative feedback as retaliation for no getting away with the attempted scams. This person has tried this attack using his mother's name, he has tried to use the name of a well known insurance company which he claims that he represents, and is now playing the GDPR law to continue with this continued attack.
The GDPR law does not apply for people who are trying to hurt other people or companies, nor to commit crimes. The information can by government organisations to proceed with any legal actions against anyone who is treating or trying to commit a crime. Using extortion, defamation and using multiple names and addresses is illegal, are not allowed by Trustpilot Policy.

We have carefully documented all his actions and we are ready to take legal action against this person who has used various different tricks, names and addresses to continue with this attack. This is a very disturbed individual who should be reported to the authorities.

UNTRUSTWORTHY. AVOID

We never received the parcel. The seller gave a tracking number which had for signature a cross. We never signed for it. It probably got lost. However the seller refused to refund, refused to ask their insurance to cover this loss, and act very aggressively so that even Paypal didn't refund. We advice customer to AVOID this seller at all cost.

Third Response. (No mention of: asking for free merchandise to avoid a negative false review)

This is a very "persistent" person, and has been changing the review reasons many times, claiming that we are using his person info in some way. This person uses data from multiple sources, he makes it look like he (or she) is getting paid to damage seller's reputation for many sellers. The credibility of review sites like TrustPilot is damaged by people like this. The mentioning of the so called solicitor is another lie and proof that this review is made with the sole intention of damaging a seller's image. It is now 6 months and no solicitor has contacted us because the person making this false claims (and asking us to give free merchandise) is using different information every time. Out of thousands of transactions we process every year, some may be of real and legitimate customers, but this one is a very different issue.

Second Response:

Hello TrustPilot, this person was told to revise the review because the first one was only lies, but her revision is also lies. The delivery signature has the name, not an X.
She has been sending us hate emails wishing that we die of Covid-19 because both Paypal and Royal Mail found her claim not credible.

TrustPilot never took the time to verify any of her "statements". How can TrustPilot allow people like this to post anything they want here. How can anyone trust the reviews here if any abuser or fraudster can post lies or retaliation statements? And we are supposed to pay TrustPilot thousands a year to manage "reviews"?
---
First Response:

Hello, both Paypal and Royal Mail told you that you were not right to claim that the signed (with your name) tracking was fake, it is impossible for any seller to manipulate the tracking from dispatch to delivery. You are clearly using TrustPilot to retaliate because both Paypal and Royal Mail told you that you signed for the package and based on many other similar issues. It is unfair and wrong to do this after we tried to help.
By TrustPilot rules, we are not allowed to post tracking info here, to show that you are not telling the truth, it is not a fake tracking like you posted, but at the same time, it is not allowed to post false statements about a clear outcome, which was carefully investigated by different parties. We offered our help, but all you wanted is free merchandise, and we are not going to do that.

Problems with delivery

I am still awaiting my deliver after 2 weeks. They have said it has been shipped. But there is no tracking on it. There is no telephone contact number you can call just an E mail which is a bit annoying. Will see what happens with this
