NO REFUND

I placed an order 2 months ago.
I was billed immediately.
The order never showed up.
When I contacted support, which didn't respond at first (because they are outsourced), they told me that I would be refunded my money.
They then asked me for ALL my bank details and said the money would be refunded 48 hours later. 5 days later I have to contact them again and tell them that I never received my money.
They responded with: Upon reviewing your case, it appears that the refund process may have encountered an issue, resulting in a reversal. To expedite the resolution, I recommend that you contact your bank or card provider to raise a dispute regarding the refund."
THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF!
Please, for the love of all that is good in this world, do not purchase from this company!!!!
