As always Alison is so knowledgeable in her field. So very reassuring as to what is going to happen and how you should be feeling. And if at anytime you wish to stop that isn't a problem. Was nervous at 1st , Alison put me at ease straight away and I felt extremely comfortable. Explained everything in great detail. Was very bloated and this has made such a difference, I will definitely be returning , thanks so much Alison .

Alison was fantastic from start to finish. She created a really calm, comfortable environment and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease.

Her approach felt very professional but also genuinely caring. She checked in throughout, made sure I was comfortable, and handled everything with real sensitivity and discretion. It’s not something you necessarily go into feeling relaxed about, but she made the whole experience far easier than expected.

Afterwards, she gave some practical advice and guidance without overcomplicating things, which I really appreciated. You can tell she knows her field well and takes pride in what she does.

I would absolutely recommend Alison to anyone considering a colonic, especially if you’re feeling a bit unsure or nervous.

I suffer so bad with constipation and have been to Alison a few times now after building the courage the first time! This time I was in pain and discomfort and couldn't get into my trousers... Alison was amazing made me feel comfortable, understanding what I was feeling like put me at ease again. I definitely needed that treatment. I came out feeling lighter pain free and alot lighter (even got into my trousers) she's the best!
