The preworkout I wanted was sold out in the flavor I wanted so I had to find a different source for it found Nutrition Faktory over a google search and they had it in stock and it was also well priced. Than went to Trustpilot to check the reviews as I never heard of this company before. Some of these reviews made me reconsider my purchase honestly. I bought it anyway! They shipped SUPER QUICK and it arrived today ZERO issues would definitely buy again from this store. No clue whats up with all these negative reviews. Give them a try and see for yourself can 100% recommend Nutrition Faktory.

I wish zero stars could be possible
I wish zero stars could be possible , they never send my package and blame ups for their poor service . It took me three days to be able to get an answer and completely refuse to give me my money back . Don’t do business with them , Amazon or other only market will cause less stress and problems . Zero starts. I’m pretty sure even with this review I’m not gonna get an answer still .

I just reviewed your order and it appears you ordered on Sunday, October 13th, your order was packed the first business day on Monday, October 14th, and due to the 14th being a holiday (Columbus Day), your order was picked up on Tuesday, October 15th (yesterday). It appears your shipment tracking hadn't updated as of today at 1:41PM (which isn't uncommon after a holiday pick-up) when you first reached out to us via text and our Senior Product Specialist replied 35 minutes later letting you know he'd contact UPS for an update. We have no other record of you attempting to contact us prior to today and your shipment is en route with an estimated delivery day of Saturday, October 19th, so I'm not sure where the disconnect is here since 3-5 business days is normal shipping time from Tennessee to Idaho. In the future feel free to email me directly at Mike@NutritionFaktory.com (I'm the owner), and I'll do my best to get back to you faster than Josh did but we always ship out orders the same business day they're placed and we'll continue to give the best discounts in the industry so we can save you more money than the suppliers you mentioned above :)
Customer service is very slow
Customer service is very slow. After never receiving my order I had to reach out to them 3 times and finally get my refund started. I would Never do business again. It’s April 11th still waiting for my refund.

New to Nutrition Faktory after I moved…
New to Nutrition Faktory after I moved to Middle TN and truly blown away by the service and most importantly the pricing. They have THE most competitive pricing on all my favorite protein and pre-workout. The selection is great as I have lactose sensitivity so I have been moving frequently between manufacturers - which I can do with ease given their wide selection.
Also they deliver QUICKLY - if you're local, they drive directly to your home in a Nutrition Faktory-wrapped vehicle. Recently ordered on a Sunday and received my order Monday morning, hand delivered. Literally do not know where else you can get that level of support/service.
Shop here, you won't be disappointed.

EXCEPTIONALLY Bad Customer Service Ever
Preface:
I never leave bad reviews but this experience warranted one. EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE
Issue:
Destroyed shipping box, containers of the products were crushed and seals were broken on the products including the protein powder.
Response from customer service:
The products left our facility sealed so they are fine, pop the dents out.
My response:
I am never going to give you a second chance if that is ever your reply, I sent all the pictures asked of me and that was the reply. The proof was evident. I have never been treated this way by any company before, no matter how cheap they were. Terrible place to buy products, how absurd it is to say something going in your body is fine to have its seal broken on arrival, with oh by the way, actual openings on the shipping box, yes very sanitary lol, not to mention I couldn't reclose the containers all the way "Popping the dents out". Ill be going to the BBB and health department for small businesses as well.

Looking at your conversation with our product specialist it appears you contacted us at 9:21AM today, we replied at 9:22AM, and you guys chatted back and forth until 9:35AM and then you sent in pictures of the damaged items. Looking at the pictures that were sent, the products are still sealed but dented so our specialist offered the fastest solution that would allow you to start using your items immediately by offering you a discount if you chose to keep the items. You declined and our specialist replied 5 minutes later with an offer to send replacements if you were uncomfortable using the products as they were received. You never replied to the offer for replacements but instead chose to leave this review. I'm sorry you feel that this equates to bad customer service but we always do our best to provide the best solution with the set of circumstances provided but we understand that there is always room for improvement. Have a fantastic rest of your day and thank you for sharing your experience so we can continue to get better.

I reviewed your initial email to us and it looks like you were concerned with the consistency of the Outright bars you purchased and our product specialist replied immediately with some tip that he received directly from the owner of Outright on how to soften the bars since Outright bars consistency does vary due to the ingredient profile. You replied telling us that you did not want Outright Bars from Nutrition Faktory any longer and that you were shopping somewhere else which took away our "next step" of sending a replacement. Again, I hate that your experience wasn't amazing as we pride ourselves on great service so don't hesitate to reach out if you change your mind and we can send you replacements.
