The customer service department need retraining...
I have been using nutrition geeks for a good while and have had no issues, however I will not use them again as their customer services is abhorrent. I usually order through their web page but because of the discount offered I used Tik Tok shop.
They dumped the package on my doorstep when I was out & took a photo. However, when I arrived home the package was not their. I have tried to rectify this issues but Nutrition geeks staff are incompetent & have no interest in rectifying this issue.
Under UK law CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT, it is the sellers responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you!
The retailer is responsible for your parcel until it is physically in your hands. If a courier leaves a package on your doorstep without your permission & it vanishes, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Unless you have shopped with Nutrition Geeks and then they play by their own rules.
I will for one will no longer use this business.

Unfortunately, as this order was placed through TikTok Shop, we do not have access to your order details, delivery information, or the ability to process claims directly. TikTok Shop orders are managed through TikTok's platform, so any delivery issues, missing parcel claims, refunds, or replacements need to be handled by TikTok Shop Customer Support through your TikTok account.
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we are limited in the support we can provide when orders are placed via third-party marketplaces, as we cannot view or manage those orders ourselves.
We're sorry for the disappointment this situation has caused and hope you are able to reach a resolution with TikTok Shop's support team.

Very Impressed!
I switched from another well known collagen brand after hearing really positive feedback from someone in my family. I was a little sceptical tbh as NG is so much cheaper, but I’ve been really impressed with everything from speed of service, customer service and of course the product. I’m now a regular customer and highly recommend them to anyone.
