The first 2 packs I purchased were great. Good quality collagen powder and replaced the need for milk in my tea. However , I then purchased 6 packs and the formula has now changed to a weaker version. The powder does not dissolve the same and the coffee/tea remains dark with a few undistorted particles of powder. I now need to add milk again so something has clearly changed. Contacted the company by email last week and no reply. Disappointing

If I could give a zero
If I could give a zero. There vitamins have made me very poorly
Ashwaganha- too strong and had the opposite mental health effect on me. No guidance not to take with Levothyroxine. Stopped taking Vitamin D- too high dose. Felt sick and lightheaded. The Dr tells me this is why I’m having dizzy spells- overdose. Magnesium- 6 months and zero changes. Third party testing - absolutely no trust left! Customer gone..

Ordered 3 Collagen Glow Up packs & got a pack of Biotin Tablets free. From order to delivery was quick but unfortunately the delivery driver left the package in my garden on full view. I contacted customer services & they quickly responded, looked into the matter & sent out a replacement that was delivered by Royal Mail the next day. Super fast, super efficient & very helpful. Would definitely order again.
