The food was not bad. The customer service is terrible. In the summer, the driver delivers the meal at 5:30 or earlier at their own convenience where I was told the meals would be delivered at around 7( the driver guy sends a WhatsApp to you when the food was delive4ed). the food goes stink if you leave it outside the door(especially I lived in a place with no air conditioning at all in the hallway), I talked to them multiple times and no matter how many times they change the delivery person, the delivery guy lies about the delivery time. Food go bad multiple occasions because of that.

I liked the food buy the customer service is terrible. I have emailed twice into a void regarding change of delivery address and other queries.
The website is clunky to boot.

I ordered a meal which I was looking forward to. Ordered it on Uber Eats at 11am to be delivered at 1:15pm. They waited until 1pm to cancel my order as it was too far to deliver but the restaurant was showing as delivering to my postcode. I'm not going to get any lunch now before work. If they'd cancelled the order straight away then I could have placed an order somewhere else. Well annoyed!!

The past several typhoons they have not been able to deliver the food - which is fine, I get that it was not their fault - but they have been giving refunds through discount codes. So you are forced to buy again and not only that, you can’t even use them on top of each other. I asked for a straight refund to my credit card instead and they said it will be there in a week and after more than a week, it was still nowhere to be found. Update: I followed up and they finally processed the refunds.

Amazing food cooked to perfection. Substancial portion Excellent delivery service. After a hard days work. Better than any other takeaway. At last a healthy takeaway. Highly recommended

Fantastic food, well packaged and kept superbly

I’m on the 5th day of my first week and I’m blown away by the quality and taste of the food. I just placed my next order and can’t wait to get my next meals. I subscribed to a Small Low Carb plan. The food is delivered daily so it’s always fresh. I have a small freezer so it also means I don’t have to stuff it with meals for the entire week. The portion is actually really nice: not too small, and high in protein so it keeps me full for longer. No plastic packaging which is a plus! I haven’t eaten anything that I don’t like, the food tastes so good compared to the other ready meals that I have tried: it’s not bland at all and very well seasoned. My favourite so far is the chicken larb gai! I cannot recommend this highly enough!

I had ordered a 5-day low carb mealplan. The quality of the meals varied everyday (some meals were awesome , some below average - such as bangers with salad). I overall feel the low carb mealplan is very heavy in animal protein (but this is a personal thing)
Couple of things could be improved:
- customer service: I had requested no chilli pepper/no spicy food and my request was completely ignored (basically I got meals I couldnt eat as too spicy)
- packaging - all meals came in PLASTIC containers wherease the company features carton boxes on their page. So wasteful!
- variety - I got a bit sick of eating mostly egg and chicken-based dishes. I feel more plant-based protein could be used
- delivery was punctual, but being woken up everyday at 6am is definitely not for everyone!
Overall I was expecting more variety, and I feel it is not worth the super early buzzer ring.

I am extremely pleased with Nutrition Kitchen HK. The deliveries are punctual and the food is very health and delicious. I have lost nearly 15 pounds since starting to order from them 8 weeks ago. I wish there were a way to order one more day of meals for the weekend - this would help me stay on even better track. I also wish they had a QR code on each meal package that could be easily scanned by such apps as Myfitnesspal which I am using to track food consumption and exercise. This latter point is not a big deal - I just key in the meal details manually into the app. FYI, I am a 59 year old male and am purchasing two regular, low carb meals per day.
