I have just ordered my first big 15kg bag of salmon and sweet potato kibble - large breed puppy for my pet Briard dog. I initially contacted them for a 2kg sample , which my puppy really loved.
so far, so good with customer service answering my query and good delivery.
my only quibble is that the more bags you order, the more delivery you have to pay, rather than one price, no matter how big your order. As the puppy is a large breed, I might have to order two 15 kg bags a month.

I contacted this company with tricky problem. My dog has chronic pancreatitis and needed a low fat, hypoallergenic diet. Not easy to find! They were fantastic, responded quickly to questions asked by ourselves and the Vetenarian Hospital
My dog loves her new food (Hypoallergenic low fat and joint care). It is the only time that her food bowl has been consistently licked clean. She is thriving. I can't recommend enough.
