At Nuts and Bolts Marketing, we help small businesses and nonprofits build an online presence that actually feels like them. No cookie-cutter templates. No jargon you need a translator for. I'm Lisa, the owner. I started this business because I kept seeing the same thing: business owners who were great at what they do, buried under a website or a social media plan they didn't understand and couldn't maintain. That's a solvable problem. My approach is hands-on and collaborative. I build websites, manage hosting and security, run SEO and social media, and set up systems simple enough that clients can actually use them, not just admire them from a distance. If a client wants to hand off everything and never think about it again, great. If they want to understand what's happening behind the scenes so they can manage it themselves someday, also great. Either way, they're never left guessing. I work mostly with small businesses, nonprofits, and women-owned companies across Central Minnesota, though the work isn't limited to any one industry. What ties my clients together is that they're busy running their business and don't have time to also become a marketing expert. That's what I'm here for.
