Os preços são bons, o suporte é excelente e eu nunca tive problema com a entrega e funcionalidade das chaves. Importante ressaltar que retail de key é algo sério, pois os mercados cinzas são perigosos, já que a Steam e outras plataformas podem revogar a licença.
Além disso, o site é muito bem feito e as formas de pagamento são amplas. Isso é muito positivo. Algo que é muito interessante é o sistema de cashback deles - Drops. Não só isso, eles avançaram muito na variedade de produtos à venda, como os gift cards, por exemplo, fora os combos e cupons atrativos.
Por fim, o marketing deles é muito inteligente, com um linguajar focado no mercado gamer. ;}

I made a purchase on December 30, 2025, but I’ll share my overall experience with the company and with purchasing from them. I’ve been a Nuuvem user for 12 years. The prices are good, the support is excellent, and I’ve never had any issues with the delivery or functionality of the keys. It’s important to point out that key retail is a serious matter, because gray markets are dangerous, as Steam and other platforms may revoke the license.

In addition, the website is very well designed and offers a wide range of payment methods, which is very positive. Something that’s particularly interesting is their cashback system—Drops. Not only that, they’ve made great progress in expanding the variety of products for sale, such as gift cards, as well as attractive bundles and coupons.

Finally, their marketing is very smart, with language clearly aimed at the gamer market. ;}

For that price, it doesn't seem true. Especially since the prices from the official distributor aren't those, so you end up being suspicious. But the code activation worked perfectly.

This is awful. I bought the game on pre-order to give to my friend as a Christmas gift, and I can't give it to her because Nuvem's crappy policy won't release the key for me to give her as a gift. Why are they even selling this crap then? NEVER AGAIN NUVÃO!

There were issues with purchase through Paypal, but after contacting your support I linked Paypal to my bank account and used that instead of my debit card and it went through.
