DO NOT DO BUY FROM NUVO PLUMBLING

They emailed me a quote for £2000 to install my boiler then charged me £2600!! They still have not refunded me my £600 and they erase most of the bad reviews of their company.

DO NOT USE. Booked them to fit an electric boiler in a rental flat. Turned out that it was NOT installed correctly, they had used very cheap and thin electric cables which resulted in the boiler nearly catching on fire.
The company was not interested and put the blame on SOS Electricals who he employed to do the wiring.
If I could post the pictures of the burn out, I would.
Please be careful with this company if choose to use them as they press you to write a 5* review once the job is done.
He even changed is Gas safe number as so many people are after him!

I booked them last year for my boiler annual service and I was very happy with their service.The booking was very easy via their website and the engineer polite and thorough.

I wanted to book for an engineer again this year but the website has changed and online booking is not possible. Yesterday i sent an email asking if they still provide the annual boiler service as it is not stated on their website. Also i called them this morning and i was told that someone will call me shortly. I have not heard anything so i tried to call a couple of times but there was no answer.

It should not be so difficult to book an engineer when there is so much competition around

Boiler and radiators installed, very friendly and efficient fitters and Alonso and Pablo went the extra mile to clear up some issues which all got sorted out. I would highly recommend Nuvo and their team as customer satisfaction is very important to them. Thanks again Alonso for your extra after care service.

After carrying out a diagnostic, the next morning engineers from the Nuvo team arrived at my property bright and early to carry out the necessary work.
They managed to complete a boiler change to a very high standard and had my heating and hot water steaming hot by the end of the day!

Alonso deserves an award for his customer service. He understands what it means to put the customer first. Installing boilers is never an easy task and sometimes complications happen, and in my situation he dealt with it gracefully. The new boiler works fine, and I recommend anyone that needs a boiler installed to go through Nuvo. They will stick with you until its all sorted out.

I had a great experience with these guys. From start to finish they helped me through what was a stressful boiler replacement process. They were gracious in negotiations and matched other prices. These guys are amazing! Tina and Alonso were very patient and gave very sound advice every step of the way. There were a bit of a hiccups as one engineer disagreed with another engineer's approach, but it was all resolved rather quickly, I expected them to take the easy way out, but I was pleasantly surprised, they would rather take the time and finish the job as best as they can. Pablo, the engineer who has well over 20 years of experience is excellent, he really took his time to assess what is needed, and what's best for the customer in the long run. His assistant Jay is also amazing, the two of them are so polite and courteous. I'm so used to being let down by tradesman, but Nuvo has exceeded my expectation.

The team was excellent from the start when discussing my order with Alonso, the installation team and the closeout process with Nina registering the new boiler and issuing the all important Gas Safe certificate and warranty documents - first class service with a competitive price too!

All very good kept informed when the fitters would be on site.
We had a small problem the following day sent an email and within hours they made contact with us to let us know when the fitter would be back and deal with the problem .
