Quite unhappy with the management here, evrytime I visit with a prior appointment still they make me wait atleast 45 minutes, had the same experiencesince last 3 times. What's the point of booking a prior appointment??? Worst customer service!

Cherry on the cake, I had to edit this review. while their representatives got a notification for my review they asked if I'm this person stating my email ID. Clearly they were not happy, they told me it would take 10 mins after I waited for 30 mins. Suddenly after reading my review they changed it to another 30 minutes, and said I can go if I can't wait AFTER WASTING MY TRAVEL TO THE SALON AND MAKING ME WAIT FOR NEARLY AN HOUR.

My facial by miss Khan was heavenly. I've never had anything like it. The treatment involved a hundred different techniques. She massaged and hoovered and rolled and massaged again, then deep cleanse then a thing that felt like chilli powder, more buzzing, pressing, lifting and air-drying. Miss Khan had the kindness to show me how black the cotton wool was after cleansing! Yikes. Way before half-way through I was a massive convert. By the time of the face mask and the complimentary head massage, I vowed to have facials for the rest of my life.

Shagufta did my microneedling today. My face looks really clean and feels amazing. It is red which is normal for this procedure and I will come back for a second session with her and then tell you guys how much it helped with the scarring.
