SCAMMERS
BE WARNED... Extremely deceptive registration which is activated by touching a popup. They give you 24hrs to cancel and if you don't they lock you in a weekly charge. My mothers number got registered this way... When you complain they only offer a refund of 50% (we are still waiting for ours)... I complained to my mothers network provider who say that this is a legit company and they are a third party service so they can't do anything about it. Total scammers ...

You never signed up its a SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you have been affected by payments coming out of your mobile account to Nuyoo.co for supposidly signing up to a health and fitness programme then firstly ask your phone company to put a bar on all premium numbers so it can't happen again then ask for their advice on how to go about getting a refund.
Don't give up as its happening to so many people and they can't get away with it.
If I had a choice I would have put the rating at zero stars.
I can't use the word I wanted to, so what rhymes with SPAM (The Food Product) ?
MASKED BANDITS: I received a text in the late hours of the night (29/10/2018) stating that I am subscribed to whatever this bogus company's service is for £3 a week, and to text a number with "Stop nuyoo".
I never subscribed, I called Vodafone, I have reported it to the PSA and awaiting a response from the Nuyoo team for a refund for the money, they have effectively stolen me out of.
How do companies like this still exist?
Scam
Scam, somehow subscribed, immediately unsubscribed yet just noticed they have charged me £3/week for last month.
FORCEFUL NUYOO SUBSCRIPTION
I’ve so far been charged £44.96 through a bogus subscription I didn’t agree on. It’s with a fitness service called Nuyoo which is connected with SB7MOBILE. I’m so disappointed in my network service provider 3G in letting this happen through their Payforit services.
Scam
Scam, they have been taking money from my mobile for about 8 weeks. I emailed them as could not get them on the phone, they told me i subscribed to them, at that time i was not even in the country and the last thing i would be doing is looking at their site. I have no interest in them anyway.
They are refusing to give me my money back insisting it was me that subscribed. Said they sent me messages which of course i never received. Vodafone will not give me the money back either all they have done is block the number and all other premium numbers.
They are a joke. beware of them. check your mobile bill regularly as I didn't till it was too late.
It's an absolute scam
It's an absolute scam. They've somehow hooked up to my phone bill and have been charging me £3 a week, claiming I have subscribed for their service!!! Apparently, they push through some notification to your phone when browsing claiming I've subscribed. When I called to ask for a refund, their "help desk" said they can't issue refunds. Appauling customer fraud. I don't understand how phone companies allow these things to happen.
Whatever they claim, the bottom line is - it's not a genuine subscription that a customer knowgly enters into. I don't excercise or do any fitness!!! There is no service provision and they know it well. Shame on you!
This is a scam
This is a scam - they charged £105 on my mobile account (three mobile), through the Payforit system completely unbeknownst to me. initially with Three Mobile chasing them they offered a £50 refund which of course I rejected. They now are refusing to speak to me about the fraudulent charges
Frustratingly Three mobile didn't stop this, or notify me, as as I have the contract with them, should also be responsible in my book. They also refuse to refund the full amount.
I am at a loss how Ofcom hasn't banned them.
Scam
Scam. Have started charging me for a service I didn't request or accept. Now trying to get my money back.
Scammers!!!
Scammers!!!
Never heard of this service and they have taken over £120 from my account through my phone bill! I called up requesting a refund and the lady was incredibly rude and slammed the phone down on me. I did not swear, I was being courteous and she still hung up on me. Called again and couldn't get through. Disgusting company!!!
Reported to the authorities.
Scammers.
The first thing I knew about Nuyoo was when my phone bill from Three went up by £9 a month. It was only after a phone call to Three that I found out the name of the company. Three insisted I had subscribed to the Nuyoo fitness regime. I did nothing of the sort. I don't know how they got my number, or why they were allowed to add to my bill. The whole thing is a scam.
If I could give zero stars...
If I could give zero stars, believe me I would. Having noticed that my phone bill was higher than usual, I discovered that they have been taking £3 per week for a 'subscription' from my phone account. Funny because I have NEVER subscribed to these people - I have never heard of them. I phoned O2 first, who I am fuming with for allowing this company to help themselves from my phone account. They gave me a number to text stop to and a number to ring for a refund. I spent a good 20 minutes arguing with an employee who told me I had subscribed to a diet and fitness service. I told them I most definitely had not and demanded a refund. He said they do not give refunds, there was nobody else I could speak to and eventually hung up on me!
I did a bit of research and found I am not the only person they have done this to so sent them an email, again asking for a refund. I have also reported them to the PSA, who after a preliminary investigation have said there are grounds for a full investigation which they are carrying out now. Haven't had a reply from this company as yet but I will not let this lie. How dare they take money like this? It's a disgrace!

Took money from my phone bill...how? Emailed them very unhelpful and will not give me refund nor confirm how much money they took....
***update - I did manage eventually to get a full refund. Twitter team was helpful and chased on my behalf...it takes a bit of perseverance but they did pay me. Moving from 1 to 3 starts
Nuyoo (SB7 Mobile) have taken £63 from…
Nuyoo (SB7 Mobile) have taken £63 from my Three account without my knowledge. Three must be making money from this or why would they allow a third party company to take money from my account that Three are controlling. Upon asking for a refund 1300support (The company that deals with Nuyoo payment queries) have offered me a "good will refund" of £18.
Looking at years of complaints about this company all over the Internet I'm wondering why the regulator of premium numbers PhonepayPlus have done nothing to stop this behaviour from both the companies involved and also the Mobile Operators (Three, O2 etc) themselves.
They should be ashamed. Disgusting behaviour.
Update - Why do Three, O2, Vodafone and EE let companies take money from your account through the Payforit portal? Here's why - at the bottom of the Payforit.org website - © 2018 Payforit | Payforit.org is owned jointly by 3, EE, O2 and Vodafone.
Disgusting.

Nuyoo has been taking £12 per month…
Nuyoo has been taking £12 per month through my son's phone contract. My son has never signed up to this organisation and from what I read on the internet it is a scam. £84 in total absolutely disgusting!!!! Phone provider 3 took an hour on the phone complaining and eventually they admitted they had blocked this company. To little to late if you ask me!!!!
7 months of payments gone, how is this allowed to happen when you have not subscribed??????? 3 eventually offered £50 off on going phone bill as a good will gesture, I will now attempt to get the refund off Nuyoo. Absolutely scandalous. Ofcom sort this out you are supposed to be regulating this stuff!!!!!
