I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive my first visit to Nu You not knowing quite what to expect, but I was soon assured and made to feel very comfortable by Lauren who carried out my assessment. My first Lipoform treatment was carried out the same day by Raja, a delightful Morrocan lady who explained to me each step of the treatment, how it works and what sensation I might feel as well as the benefits of the treatment. I have now completed 4 of my 8 sessions and look forward to going each week. I can see a big difference in my body shape already. Raja has given me the desire to succeed with calorie counting and the weight is shedding. I am pleased to have been able to stay with the same technician, Raja for all but one of my sessions, we have built up a good rapport and I have every confidence in her. I am now looking forward to having some additional treatment to freeze the fat cells to help with the stubborn areas. I would be pleased to recommend Nu You, Lipoform and highly recommend Raja as an efficient and personable technician. My Husband likes the improvements to my shape as well which is just as important! My Therapist was Naima Ahmed and she was very good and very knowledgeable.
I had 4 sessions and I was very pleased with the results in that I lost 1kg on my tummy and waist.🤗
The treatments are not miracle cures, but a good way to shift pounds from designated areas ! I think that it's a bit too expensive and the session could be longer.

After having 2 kids my stomach has never been the same, I read about Nu You in metro & decided to give it a try. After my 1st sessions I could already see the difference. My technician Qamar is really good.I can't wait to see the final results. I will definitely recommend Nu You. It has made me more confident in myself.

I have been having lipofirm on my stomach for which I am getting great results. I have had a number of therapists who have all been fantastic and helpful. I was treated by Elena who was very efficient and good humoured and went to great lengths to explain how the treatment worked and what I needed to do to help make it effective

I started having 3D Lipo treatments to help break down the really stubborn cellulite on the back of thighs and it really worked a treat!
I am genuinely impressed by this treatment. Once I completed these sessions I was then advised to use the Lipofirm treatment to help tighten my skin and help break down more of the cellulite and help with inch loss - this is what really helped even more. I feel more confident in my clothing!
My therapist - Naima, helped advise me what I needed and also made me feel so much better as I was so nervous to start with.
The clinic overall is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful - they all make you feel comfortable which I believe is important if youre getting your body out!

LipoFirm treatment
I was a bit sceptical initially that I will see an immediate effect after my LipoFirm treatment and I hesitated for awhile before I decided to try. I am so glad I went for lipofirm treatment. Everyone was very professional, Elena was great and I lost about 5 inches from my stomach circumference virtually in front of my eyes. Thank you!

I first noticed the adverts in the Metro and having gradually been putting on weight after a separation in August 2017, I knew I had to do something radical. So in June 2018, I attended the clinic. I was taken through a list of things I could do to help and given a calorie limit to aid the weight loss. A few days later, I had my first treatment. I did find the electric shocks of the Lipofirm a bit uncomfortable, but persisted, sometimes with the strength reduced. Eight months later, I am still going though I now use the ultrasonic Lipofirm 3D and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who (like me) doesn't need the skin tightening that the Lipofirm provides, which 3D does not. All the therapists are good, but a couple including Naima are brilliant. Stephen L.
