Probably because you and your wife Leanne Roberts have spent it on a new house and new car Shame on you. This is fraud you cannot steal peoples money. Your a liar Christopher & Leanne. What about the many people that have worked hard to keep there business going paying all the bills you have mentioned and haven’t paid themselves anything !
A few things just don’t add up you told me that the £3000 deposit paid is being returned by the supplier but yet you can’t supply me with the suppliers contact details and now we’re being told we won’t get the money back !! So you have basically spent other peoples money keeping your business going, when others may loose theirs , wow what a guy, well done, !!! when the right thing to do is to say sorry can’t get your car here’s your deposit back !
No wonder people don’t like you !!!

Scammers and liers, i sold my car a day before must arrive new car, i pay £1000 to them they just lieing know they ignoring and not answerring, today will go put statement in police, will cintact action fraud and put all info in social network. Lets get together and do something we need get our moneys.

Money was meat to be refunded today 25th August and guess what, Chris the owner is ignoring me after sending texts and emails assuring me the money would be refunded in full.

Another lie

I contacted NVL due to having bad credit and was told they had a vehicle at port for me which would be delivered in 2 weeks.
I had reservations due to the reviews but Becky Foster spoke with me and said it would be with me so I reluctantly paid the £1000 deposit. Fast forward 2-3 weeks and hardly any updates, no car I asked for a refund and invoked the 14 day refund policy they suggested. Today I have attempted to call, email and message but have been ignored since being told it would be in my bank today after they tried to say I’d have to wait a further 5 days which I said was unacceptable.
I’ve now been blocked on WhatsApp, Instagram and can’t get through. So I will contacting the police, FCA and any other regulatory advisory to report this fraudulent thieving company.

Being a "customer" of NVL Leasing Ltd and one who paid over 20k to these people many months ago, having had enough of being lied to constantly, I have enlisted the services of a debt collection company called Cobra Financial Solutions Ltd to recover my monies.

Don't think I have ever come across anyone that lies as much as Christopher Andrews does! This absolute joke of a company (if that's what you can call them) have caused me endless sleepless nights and need to be stopped from taking money from people, turns out they have not even paid their landlord hence why they have been kicked out of their premises.

Awful company to deal with. I ordered a car in February paid a deposit and was told 3/4 weeks, so here we are 7 months later and still no car after almost 30 delivery dates, taking time off work to wait for the ‘so called car’ & lie after lie. They did pay for a hire car on 4 occasions for 3 days. Like most of the horrendous reviews on here, I did manage to get my deposit back last week after cancelling my order in June, but it wasn’t easy. Last week Chris even said they would still supply a car with no deposit because of the inconvenience I had incurred. 5 delivery dates since last week 🤣🤣 So glad I’m walking away from this company they are an absolute shambles DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR MENTAL HEALTH on these people.

Well were shall I start , please DO NOT sign up with this company Chris is a scam artist and a liar . I first contacted Chris with regards to getting me a bmw series 1 which he told me he could get for £289 a month I was so happy with this because I stated to him at the beginning that I could only afford around this amount . I agreed to this and transferred the £2000 deposit he asked for so he could
Order the car . Weeks and weeks went by with him telling me that the car would be here in the next couple of weeks , but it never ever was the case because he couldn’t get hold of this type of car I wanted. I then received an email of Rebecca stating they have a Audi which was top of the range and they are prepared to pay the difference for me so they can put me in a nice car because of the inconvenience caused . Before I signed the agreement I asked him to send me a letter stating that he would pay the difference which he did with ease ( I have a copy of this from him ) so I signed I was made up !! I was promised direct debits was set up for his payment to go in 3 days before my payment came out . First payment came around and I noticed he hadn’t paid the agreed amount so I messaged him and it was eventually paid in about 4 days later , month 2 payment came out once again agreed payment of him was not paid in so I contacted him again after numerous messages to him telling him it still wasn’t in it went in over a week late and the payment was down by £22.00. Month 3 my payment came out and the contribution of him which was agreed was never paid in and it still hasn’t gone in it’s been 3 weeks with money money of him so I had to pay the full amount of £579.00 I send messages everyday and he ignores them . I was promised each month it would be in before 5pm on the 3rd day before my payment came out . I am livid as I can not afford this car which is costing me £579 , he told me not to worry about this amount because he would cover the rest . I have contacted numerous people now and am willing to fight all the way and the finance company have been so helpful and advised me I have been scammed and to contact the police . Please please please don’t listen to what they tell you

Paid a deposit which was assured that was refundable, once order was cancelled was told I’ll be refunded 700 rather than 1000, which after discussion I agreed with. Told refund has been done on multiple times along with a screenshot showing a future dated payment yet no payment has been received. Chris who is the director (not company director) has now resorted to ignoring my emails and phone calls.

After I posted a review 2 weeks ago Chris immediately contacted me to request me to remove my review and he will refund me “by 5pm” this wasn’t received, then it dragged to the next day and then he offer to refund the deposit IN FULL “as a gesture” to resolve this matter. Finally on Tuesday he sent me a screenshot of a Future dated payment scheduled to refund me on 11/8 - having questioned him he assured me this was “banking process” and the funds would be with me on 11/8 - well surprise surprise it’s not and yet again he is ignoring my emails.

These guys are not FCA registered for finance Broking, which I will be reporting to fca.

Legal recovery will commence and also reported to Action Fraud

The reply to my previous review saying I’ve been paid after a banking error is pure fiction!!
I have NOT been refunded!!!
And after visiting the address on their website I can say they don’t have a physical office there and haven’t for a while!
The net is closing though and the correct authorities have assured me this will be dealt with!

The worst is sending me a remittance of the refund in time for my daughter’s 18th birthday!

So I am still continuing to pursue this company after writing 2 reviews now tbe so called company called me CHRIS is his name text me from his mobile end of last week after reviewing two previous reviews on NVL and said so we’ll move on if I pay you the promised compensation we wrote to you after not fulfilling your contract I said YES he said Chris said OK I gave him a deadline and again he’s failed thst deadline

I was originally planning on getting an old car, but I was referred by a friend to nvl leasing.
I was then told anything up to 3-4 weeks for delivery it came a week after the time period but got a brand new 2022 KIA!
Overall good experience and when without a car a courtesy car was provided for me

Just received my brand new Range Rover sport, was told 4-6 weeks waiting time, vehicle was with me within 5 weeks.
Good service a little slow getting back to me but very fast process.
Would defo recommend

Unlike one of the previous comments I can say that I have never spoken bad about any of your staff or yourself...…..
However I believe that I have been treated in the same way as your other complaints...….
I have never ever used any company that tells as many untruths as yours..
Although I did receive my deposit back of a £1000, it took several weeks and the inclusion of my solicitors. I also had to say that I would go to Social Media due to the treatment I have received....I wont go into details.
All I will say is that I have been lied to continuously right from start to finish....I was supposed to receive £200 compensation, OF COURSE THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, EVEN MORE LIES.
I am glad that I no longer have to deal with NVL LEASING, POOR SHOW GUYS.
