From my first contact by telephone through booking an appointment and the appointment itself, North West Hearing were friendly, professional and helpful.
I felt the actual hearing assessment was very thorough.
I am now more aware of the state of my hearing and confident that any future needs will be capably handled.

Solved my son’s hearing issue quickly and gently. The wax was removed steadily and professionally, and it’s made a huge difference to him. My son felt completely at ease. Great service!

Where to go to get my ear wax removed in the greater manchester area ? I go here and will not go anywhere else - I now make it a yearly visit snd cannot recommend them high enough. 10 out of 10 every single visit.

Lovely place and helpful staff. I took my daughter there for a hearing check and they were very supportive as I was quite late in arriving and they were very understanding and let us attend a bit later than our appointment time. The building is nice and cosy doesn't feel like a hospital. The doctor we visited Dr Greg Nassar was very knowledgeable and was really caring and understanding towards my daughter. Thank you for a lovely service.

I contacted NorthWest hearing to find a more personalised service that could help with the management of my daughter’s hearing loss and aids. She has many medical appointments and as such has developed health anxiety. I had a lovely and reassuring talk on the phone with Beth who took her time to really listen and take on board what I told her about my daughter’s medical history and how she found appointments difficult. This was clearly passed on to Dr Nassar and we had what can only be described as the best medical/healthcare appointment we have ever experienced. The clinic is calm and friendly but extremely professional. Dr Nassar took time to listen and my daughter was instantly at ease. We didn’t feel rushed at all and he thoroughly explained to us how her hearing aids work and how she can get the best out of them. We spoke about lots of situations and Dr Nassar helped with all of these situations with practical advice. My daughter usually panics when being spoken to directly as she has a brain injury and struggles to respond to questions etc but she was at ease and was shown step by step how to use an app with her hearing aids. I could go on and on here about how good this experience was and we feel so supported now and know exactly where to come when we need anything further. Thank you so much for everything.

I have been using North West Hearing for around 8 years for the removal of ear wax and on every visit I have found the whole team to be professional, helpful and friendly which, as a nervous patient, makes you feel instantly relaxed.
