Welcome to North Wales Reflections Counselling! We are a professional Counselling service based in Colwyn Bay, established in 2015. Our mission is to provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore and understand their thoughts and feelings. We believe that with the right support, everyone has the ability to make positive changes in their lives. Our team of qualified and experienced Counsellors offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy. Each individual is unique and everybody’s circumstances differ, so we never tie you to a set number of sessions that you must attend. We believe you know when you have achieved the outcome you want, so we work with you, session by session. As you progress, you can decide when you have had a sufficient number of sessions. It could be weekly, fortnightly or ad-hoc…you decide! We understand that seeking help can be daunting, which is why we offer a free initial telephone consultation to discuss your needs and concerns and ensure that you feel comfortable working with us. We also offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate busy schedules. We are committed to providing high-quality counselling services to the community of North Wales and strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for all of our clients.
