I ordered scrubs 12/5. It is 1/5 and my scrubs still have not shipped. I was told that they were expected at the warehouse before Christmas and would ship early the next week. Every time I call customer service I have to leave a message, never able to reach a representative. I have had to go buy scrubs elsewhere as I needed these for a travel job. I would change my rating if they would contact me and attempt to remedy this situation but so far, they have not done anything to make this experience any better. I am very disappointed. They may have low prices but their service leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered scrubs on 12/29/2014. I didn't receive any emails with a tracking number for over a week, only after writing the company did I receive my tracking number. When I did finally receive my scrubs it was not my whole order and they arrived after 11 days after ordering. The website states that your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. My Order is still not completed after 17 days I am still waiting on a scrub jacket. I will not be using this company again.

Great price but are sized poorly. The tops are way to long for a short person. Pants are thin and baggy. I ordered medium short and they're still a little long and baggy.

Extremely pleased with this product. Bought before and knew I wanted to order again. Material solid and color hasn't faded after even after being washed hundreds of times! I would probably order more often but because of being reliable and dependable I save money!! True to size. Have recommended to my co-workers. Very happy with product, service, and merchandise. Will order again!!

I started a new job and needed a specific color of scrubs. The tops with plenty of time to start my job, but the bottoms (ordered at the same time) didn't show up within a day, I sent an email requesting info. It was found that the shipping company had only picked up the one package, so I had to run out to a scrub store to buy some pants to work my first day. The pants arrived within a decent amount of time, then the next day I got my pants order again. I did end up keeping both orders of pants, but I wasn't to excited to have to run and get a pair of pants to be able to work.

As a first time scrub buyer, I had no idea what size(s) I would be. I was told by a coworker to check out "NW Scrubs". I went on line, Grey's Anatomy designs caught my eye. Thought I would try it out. Based on the size chart I would be a medium, but they ended up being WAY too big. I drove to their store location to exchange for size XS. The store sent out the return for me, no charge and was super friendly about the return. 1 wk later, the XS came and they were too small. So I exchanged them again. I mailed it out and received an email in 3 days letting me know they have received my XS. I recently received the size S and loving them. Not once did they question my return nor give me a hard time. Always sent a confirmation email. Service was great even with a difficult order like mine. Would recommend to others!

I got these for my daughter in Law who is a nurse working with children. I love the colors and designs you have available.

I was a little concerned about this order. I ordered the 6th of November , cash was transferred from my bank on the 10th and I just received them today the 20th! In my opinion a little long without as much as an email to the status of order. I had not ordered from your company before and was a little apprehensive with the long wait with no word. Product was good.

I ordered uniforms, what a great price, same quality as other uniform companies.
and I have I had the uniforms within a week.

Terrible return policy. I sent back shirts that shrunk at my expense. Ii was told by their employee that " no they did not shrink", and said I had to pay for them to get shipped back. Bad policy. Bad service. Dont order not worth the 5 extra bucks. Dont use this company. Many other companies with awesome return exchange policy.....spent more than I saved on return/exchange shipping.

NW Scrubs are great! They had exactly what I was looking for in my size for a reasonable price!! I just started working in healthcare & my first job is in a pediatric office. They had the exact cartoon scrubs I was looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else! They were shipped alot sooner then I though & the shipping wasn't outrageous!

I received my order in a timely manor and was well satisfied with the uniforms .

I don't usually order clothing on-line. The uniforms I ordered were the same brand and size I have purchased in stores. They arrived in a timely manner.

Product was good and prices were really good. Shipping was terribly slow! Took well over 3 weeks to arrive!

Pretty good Scrubs. Don't like the side pockets though.
