I’ve ordered from NXEDC several times, and I’m always impressed. The delivery is fast, the EDC fidget toys are top-quality, and their customer service is outstanding.
When I was once unhappy with a product, they handled everything perfectly — I could return it easily, they even covered the customs fees, and for a €270 EDC toy, they gave me a €300 voucher (they even offered a full refund if I preferred).
That kind of service is rare these days. I’ll definitely keep buying from NXEDC, and when it comes to EDC toys, they’re the only store I’ll ever order from.

Way overpriced, service wasn't great, I needed a replacement part and they sent wrong ones. Also I tried to leave a review on a product and I think they don't show negative reviews which is pretty scummy.

Besides having great prices, NXEDC really cares about customer support. I had an issue with one of the toys I purchased, and they worked with me every step of the way to help me understand what needed to go where, which specific glue to use, and even refunded me the cost of the glue!! Amazing. Will continue to refer and do business with them!

I'm so glad that I chose NXEDC from the start. It's definitely an authentic fidget toy store. Moreover, the prices of toys in their store are lower than those in other stores. Most importantly, their customer service is excellent. The response speed is very fast, and they perfectly answered all my questions!
