Nexus Travel nailed it! Our trip was a challenge - nearly 8 weeks, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Tasmania, Thailand…..mountain bikes joining us…..van hire needed…..some quirky locations……but Ryan and his team were superstars!

From the day we started to plan to the day we arrived home, Ryan was always available to help with questions, changes, challenges, ideas. He took away so much stress for us and we are eternally grateful for that. The team went above and beyond researching vehicles to fit 2 bikes, bike park opening days, free parking at hotels, and so much more. Halfway through our trip we decided to cut short New Zealand and extend our Tasmania stay - Ryan was ready for the challenge, changing flights, hotels and getting refunds for us where he could. Organising day trips as well, and excess baggage, the Nexus team did it all and we had an amazing experience which was relatively stress free thanks to all their help.

Highly recommend Nexus and the team - although they may cry if someone asks them to book a mountain biking trip again! But they accepted the challenge for us and exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ryan and the team, superstars!

My first experience of a truly stress free expertly organised and planned vacation.
