I’ve lived at Legacy Cottage Apartments…

I’ve lived at Legacy Cottage Apartments in Layton for five years. The property manager and the assistant manager are outstanding and will answer any questions or concerns:

The two maintenance personnel are also outstanding. If something needs to be repaired in your apartment, they will take care of it immediately. The swimming pool is checked twice a day during the week and at least once a day on the week-end to ensure that they there are no problems with the chemicals. The snow and ice on the sidewalks are taken care of early in the morning and throughout the day.
