I've been ordering for years, get prices and selection. They always have stuff my local shop is out of stock on. Great customer service. Same customer service reps every time, helpful and truly go out of their way to help.

I placed an order with Nycglass 718 on January 2nd, and paid for expedited shipping. It's January 10th, and it still hasn't even shipped. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because of the holiday. After waiting 72 business hours, not including the weekend, I emailed them to inquire about my order. They replied and said they were waiting for one product. Why did I have to reach out to be told that? They also said it would be shipped out on Wednesday January 8th, which was two days ago. It's Friday and I'm still waiting for the notification. They never reached out to communicate why my order is delayed. I had to contact them after it should've shipped to find out anything. At this point, I feel like I'm being scammed.

UPDATE: I finally received my order a week after posting this review. They offered me $7 in store credit toward a future purchase, after I asked for the extra money I paid for expedited shipping.

First and foremost, I rarely write negative reviews. As a business owner myself, I appreciate it when customers give me the chance to resolve issues directly which I tried to do.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with someone named "Charlie," who claims to be the owner but comes across as either completely incompetent or an outright scammer. Their website lists products they don't even have in stock. After placing my order, they called me to upsell a replacement item. I reluctantly agreed, only to receive something random that was worth about 25% of what I originally paid.

Charlie was unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to expedite the correct order and, after a month of broken promises and no delivery, canceled my order when I called him out on it.

To top it off, they had the audacity to tell me not to order again, as if I’d ever willingly subject myself to this nightmare or support a business like theirs.

The only slightly positive note? Their website chat support responded quickly—though it was completely useless and unhelpful.

I bought a Slinger Matrix print and was damaged during shipping. Sent back for a replacement and never received the replacement or refund. Then they blocked me on instagram

I've been buying from this site for over a year now and they have killer deals on everything. I've had no issues, other than USPS not scanning in my packages so I can't see delivery status until after a couple days. But it seems that's been normal across the board with USPS.
