I had a terrible experience with Nykaa Man and I feel extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service. The product shown on the website looked genuine and high quality, but what I actually received was completely different — a damaged and poor-quality item that did not match the description or images at all. It honestly felt like a scam.

To make things worse, customer support was highly unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite raising complaints and sharing proof, there was no proper resolution or accountability from their side. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting authentic products and trustworthy service, but my experience was the exact opposite.

I strongly advise people to be very careful before purchasing from Nykaa Man. Please check reviews carefully and avoid buying expensive items without proper verification. A company should value customer trust, product authenticity, and after-sales support, but unfortunately my experience raised serious concerns about all three.

Customer service unprofessional

I'd a very worst experience with Nykaaman.
I created a return request for a Jeans due to size issue. They weren't picked up due to some logistics issue. I provided 3 alternate address with different pin code but not picked up. Then customer support executed asked to do the self courier, so 2 times warehouse team refused to receive and returned to me and in the last 3rd time again I did the self courier and finally it was delivered. Now its been 10 days that self courier is delivered to warehouse. Now the customer support executive saying that we didn't receive the confirmation from warehouse team, the warehouse team is denying to receive the parcel.
I did the self courier through speed post by India Post. On the India Post portal the parcel is showing is delivered but Naykaaman team is saying no we didn't receive. and the fact is that all this process is goin on from last 2 and half month.
based on this experience, literally and personally suggesting to everyone that don't buy a single thing from Nykaaman, the things are same available on other portals like Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart.

Worst app. Took my money in advance. Now not delivering the product.

Cheap product premium price scammers

I thought nykaa is an huge company but seems like this is an another chor bazaar where old clothes are getting sell.

It's a fraud company, I have ordered whey protein and they delivered me shampoo and also rejected my refund. I have lost 2942.12 rupees. Beware don't order from NaykaaMan it's a fraud company.

I ordered glasses from Nykaman around 29th November with a delivery date of 07th December and I have not received my glasses and I complained on 10th december and everyday I get a message from customer service to check with neighbours. Instead of resolving my issue customer service is sending junk message

Thier services are worse . Their customer service is far more worse. I ordered blazer worth 4k instead i got slippers. Clicked photo of the same along with delivery boy. Raised return request, which is on hold God knows why. Called customer services she asked me to wait for 72 more hours after that they will update. Its bullshit. Don’t want to deal with them again in my life

This is my first order with nykaa. And worst experience with Nykaa.

Without getting a call from Nykaa delivery person I am getting a message says that product attempt unsuccessful. How is that's possible. Something is wrong.

Had a terrible experience with Nykaa Man and their delivery partner Shadowfax. My order was delayed by over a week, and there was no communication from either side. Very poor customer service and unprofessional delivery handling. Not recommended

I ordered XXL Size Shirt and they mistakenly delivered smaller size which is XL. I asked for an exchange or return or a refund the next day. They told that they couldn't make the return or replacement or exchange. They rejected it.

Worst shoping site every,they will not send your order and if cancel your money will stucked.
