ALERT: Please be aware when you handle in their website. I just blocked my credit card because I am receiving unnauthorized charges from them.
I subscribed to a promotion to buy 2 Royal CPH cups for 19 kr.
They never sent me an order number, and charged me 19 kr.
And now they are charging me 197 kr monthly.
They never sent me my products, and they are charging me some kind of unnauthorized subscription.

I just want to share my experience with Nynge in here, as i think it deserves to be shared. I recieved a broken item - apparently it was damaged under transport - and Nynge sent a new item to be straight away. Here in the US its usually not that easy to deal with these kind of situations, but it was dealt with in no time. Really appreciate it, and i wish you all the best.

I’ve Ordered a few things from the website and after that I got charged an extra €39 I’ve noticed that after checking my bank account statement. When I went on to websites customer care, there was some sort of membership mentioned, which I’ve never heard anything about.. I didn’t sign up for any membership.. I’ve got order confirmation email and email for setting up a password for account with them, but there was nothing mentioned about the membership or monthly pay or whatever.. couldn’t even find the way of canceling this membership on their website!
Extremely unsatisfactorily. Emailed them about the problem, but they are saying that couldn’t do anything
