Nytro.co.uk is outstanding! Their ultra-fast server installation saved me valuable time. Within moments, my server was up and running flawlessly. Their efficiency is unmatched, making them my top choice for hosting services. Their new game panel is also unbelievable, iv never seen anything like it with another host. Worth of money!
Great when it works, but unimpressed with the actual service provided. The Forest is very buggy and needs regular restarts (not their fault) but the dashboard that nytro provide has gone down multiple times, this time for a few days straight (so no way for me and my friends to play the game that we have paid for). The ticket I submitted to customer services has gone unanswered over the last few days, and now even the main nytro home page doesn't load, and now there is no way to contact them. This has rendered the game completely unplayable. There have been no comms from the company to explain why things have been unavailable for so long
Quick and easy to use. When I had an issue with transferring data over to my server Nytro were really fast when offering support and got my issue resolved in minutes. Great stuff.
I spun up a The Forest dedicated server instance with these guys, for a weekend of gaming - the game itself is super buggy, so ended up getting in touch via the web chat on a bank holiday afternoon to see if anyone was able to assist with a server restart we needed to action.
