Excellent customer service at Nyx in Boots, Trafford Centre

My daughter wanted to purchase a new foundation from Nyx (needed a different shade) so went to Boots at the Trafford Centre rather than buying online. The young lady that served us was so knowledgeable about the Nyx products and advised my daughter accordingly. With all the Covid guidelines being strictly followed, my daughter was given a small sample of her chose foundation in a paper pot, along with cotton buds for each shade at the counter where she could try the colour on herself. The young lady,
sadly I don't have her name but she had lovely pink and blue (akin to Harley Quinn) streaks in her hair was so patient and showed total understanding when my daughter explained she had suffered severe acne in the past so was very careful what she used on her skin. It was an absolute pleasure visiting to the Nyx counter in Boots, one of our last for a while due to impending lockdown again.

Never got my package

Ordered 3 things in May it’s now almost October and I NEVER got anything. I emailed them to cancel my order a few months ago and to just give me a refund and I never got an email or refund back. DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM NYX EVER. They just took my money and never sent my products out. Judging from the other reviews the same thing happened to a bunch of other customers.

5 months without reply

Contacted them over 10 times. They saying to contact them through different means and I’ve tried them all. Bought makeup which was terrible quality and no doubt a bad batch. It’s been 5 months I’ve been contacting them. They’ve only replied to me in the last week for the first time. Not resolved by any means.

I want to put no stars for NYX… order that never arrived

I want to put no stars for NYX professional cosmetics as I have placed the same order 3 times and still no Order received with high Shipping costs for a tiny order .I like their cosmetics but will never attempt to buy them online directly from them .I have never experienced so much difficulty in ordering a product of anyone else ,and they call themselves professional ..... I certainly had no experience of that ...

I love NYX

I love NYX. Price is amazing, much cheaper than alternative brands. Stores are appealing and staff always tries to help the customer. I love the colours of lipstick. Recommend to everybody.

Zero negative words to say about NYX

Zero negative words to say about NYX. By far one of my favorite make-up brands. Extremely affordable and gets to me so fast. My fav is the NYX vinyl liquid eyeliner have been using that for years now so good!

Where is my refund!

I ordered from NYX cosmetics back in May and did not receive my order was told it was damaged in transit put in a PayPal dispute and was told to close it as they could not refund so closed the dispute and still no refund.
Disgusting customer service!

Two months since order and nothing :(

It has been nearly two months since i have placed my order, I have talked with customer service reps twice and nothing. At this point I'd rather have my money back and I was told this wasn't an option. I have used NYX products for years now but had never ordered off of their website before and never will ever again. Deeply saddened as their products are great quality for the price.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never received my order. I sent 8 emails and DMs on their Instagram with no response. It’s been almost a month and a half and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. They just took my money. Whatever you do, don’t purchase their products from their website.

If I could zero stars I would

If I could zero stars I would. Didn't receive order. Emailed twice over past couple of months. To say they will get back to your query in 48hrs is a lie. Tried ringing a few times. Advisers are always busy. No opportunity to wait on hold. They just end the call every time.

Didn't receive anything

My order never arrived and it was handled so poorly by customer service. They went back and forth multiple times, and I'd been told different things by different people. The main issue was that after 3 weeks I contacted customer service. The first time I was told to email back if it didn't arrive within the next couple of days, which I did. I then didn't receive a reply so emailed again and was told a replacement would get sent to me instead. I replied to ask for the tracking number and was told that they DIDN'T send a replacement because they were unable to, and I still have to wait to get a refund despite it being ages since I received a dispatch notification.

Charge high cost for delivery and shipping takes ages

Quite disappointing with the amount they charge for delivery of small items that weigh less than 500grams. One would expect it to be first class delivery, however it takes them ages to deliver items, first time purchasing and not impressed one bit. Smaller organisations charge less and deliver promptly.

TERRIBLE Customer Service

I placed my order on 4/27/20 for two items. One item was on back order, the other was in stock. The confirmation email said both items would ship when the back ordered item became available. That is completely acceptable. Back ordered item became available, it shipped and I received it no issue. However, the second item didn’t ship with it as it should have. I contacted the customer service via email, no response after a week so I called. I’ve called a total of 6 times now. Each time a new answer. First, I was advised that it should have shipped and they put in a request, give it 3 days and it would ship. No shipment. Called again and was told to wait a few more days. I said no thanks, I’d like a supervisor. They said one would call me back same day. Didn’t happen. I called again, was told talking to a supervisor wasn’t a “real thing” and that I needed to give it time. Called a week later, was told a request was put in and she guaranteed it would ship in 3 business days. It didn’t. Called yet again, they advised a supervisor would call me same day with my shipping update OR an option to cancel. No one called me. Sent another email, no response. Did the online chat and was told that there ARE supervisors you can speak with but to call customer service. Called again, the final time, was told that they couldn’t cancel the order, cancelling isn’t an option. I told the rep that I have indeed cancelled orders in the past and she flat out told me that wasn’t true. She CALLED ME A LIAR. She refused a supervisor because they’re working from home and none are available, she said she would send a check for a refund of the item although I hadn’t been charged but that I would have to give it 3-4 weeks with no way to track it. So more waiting. Needless to say, I’ve gone elsewhere for my makeup needs. I’ve been shopping with NYX for the last 3 years and I’m SO disappointed in the females that are the customer service representatives. I realize that we are in a time of nothing but mess, but that doesn’t justify poor treatment by “professionals”. Shame on you NYX. Reevaluate your hiring and training process.

Well this is for customer service

Well this is for customer service, sadly, I didnt get a chance to try makeup, I ordered makeup on the May 12 or 13, 2020, on May 29th, still no product, which is understanding, bc of covid, but my payment is still pending, no communication rather its back ordered or shipping issues, I called , the Rep, seemed to not care, she did offer refund, but no sorry or anything,very ridiculous......mind you, i been ordering all thru the covid season, only products, that take this long, is from China, so after i talk to rep and she told me it was cancelled, a week later, i receive a email, that they cant cancel, they are working on my order, this is about 3 weeks, I emailed, why is my payment still pending in paypal and you cannot return it almost a month later, no answer, so it is June 11th, no product, I see no pending in my paypal account and no payment for nyx, so maybe they finally cancelled, we will see after I research what is happening now, I have recently ordered from sephora and elf, just stick with them or order your nyx thru amazon or somthing else.

Horrible!!!!

Horrible!!!!
I made an order 20 days ago, and have yet to receive it. I was first told that it will be delayed shipping, which I totally understood, but even after the date that they told me my order will ship came and went twice, it still have not received it. Customer service is no help, they pick up the phone and then hang up on you. Just horrible, I will never order from here again and at this point just want to cancel my order and receive my refund.

Received Opened Products

I just received my order of three lip products. 2/3 were open!! the seal had been torn off. This order took forever to arrive for that? Cool. This is how NYX makes their money? NEVER EVER again.
