In my experience with this company, I placed an order in good faith expecting to receive the item I paid for. This is my first issue with them, and unfortunately, it has been a very negative one.

What went wrong is simple — when my package arrived, the box was empty. I immediately reached out to report the issue, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with resistance and refusal to take accountability.

The company states they have footage and shipping records; however, none of that has been shared with me to support their claim. From my perspective, I did not receive the product, and the condition of the package reflects that.

In terms of improvement, I do not believe the company is currently operating in good faith with customers when issues arise. Rather than working toward resolution, they are deflecting responsibility and relying on internal claims without transparency.

I am an honest and straightforward person, and I have provided accurate information along with supporting photos and communication. At this point, I stand by my claim that I did not receive the item I paid for, and I am seeking a fair resolution.
PS> I am going to FEDEX to have them investigate there claims!

First of all I'll start by saying when NYXGems contacted me on Instagram to be one of their brand ambassador, I didn't even know what I was getting myself into (had my doubts). But the way their team communicates with you is amazing, they very respectful, nice and professional. I'm happy with this brand and their team, I love my Jewels, love the quality... I’ve been contacted by NYX Gems to be their brand ambassador and I’m glad I agreed to be one. I love the anklets, my mom is asking for one of her own. The jewelry is available worldwide and I’m thinking of using this brand as one of my main jewelry store
