Lot of option,with a good description products

It is my first purchase, for the moment everything was simple. Waiting for the arrival of the product to qualify it.

I bought before a chaos pro controller that had some issues with the A button, so I'm not completely sure with this purchase, but I'm still giving it a shot

Easy and fast. 1 complain I do have is, I got confused. Apparently there’s another NYXI website which I thought it was you guys. Was going to purchase there but my payment didn’t go through, thank god! I found your official Twitter page and from there clicked on your official website. I don’t know why there’s a 2nd nyxi website.

I obliterate my first Nyxi joycons because of Splatoon 3. Buying new one, hope they serve me longer.

The website was very easy to navigate and very fast and simple to complete my purchase.

Was not able to add to my cart. I had to click buy it now. I was using my 2020 12.9 iPad Pro.

Just a perfect experience. I LOVE your Products, the Hyperion is my absolute favorite joycon, so I‘ve had to try the Wizard and your Pro Controller. You are getting better and better every year.

Their products are trashy quality, which is fine, but charging premium prices, which again not a big deal, but when really makes this a terrible company is that they suppress any negative reviews to their products on their website so as a customer you can’t even make an informed decision. Very shady and unethical as a business, they are directly lying to their customers! Not a single review on any product on the whole site that’s less than 4 stars, come on…. Really??

Hello I am very satisfied with nyxi they are the best joy-cons and controllers for the Nintendo Switch they are super processed the buttons are easy to use and connect to the switch immediately I can highly recommend nyxi products KEEP UP

I ordered a Nyxi Wizard controller from their website. Once ordered, the tracking system did not show any results. Contacting support took about 2 days for a response.

The shipment was fulfilled by another company which did not send any communications about the expected delivery date. I happened to check the online tracking and found that my shipment was marked as delivered even though no one contacted me and I have been at home (working from home) all these times.

I then checked my apartment lobby and found my package was there in the open which could have been easily stolen. I was lucky that I happened to check less than 24 hours after it was marked as delivered. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known.

Overall the delivery took 15 days to Australia. I haven't tested the controller itself, but this experience have left a bad taste and I won't be risking to make another purchase from this company unless it is available through a local retailer.

I think the Nyxi controls are of high quality, precise and very comfortable as well as ergonomic, which is why I chose them as an excellent option to play longer with greater comfort, another factor is their designs, I think they are modern and beautiful.
The attention and follow-up was excellent. I think they should continue like this because in this way they will always remain at the top in terms of quality and customer service.

Wizard controllers should include original style sticks (Gamecube).

Every other model could have the joypad frame for wireless play shaped like the whole controller just like wizard.

I need specific replacement parts for Athena transparent model, the black plastic piece that has LB, RB and sync buttons, with the LED indicators. Can’t find it anywhere else.

SCAM!!! Ordered a controller and a hard case for $92. They sent me a 2x4 cloth storage thing that’s probably worth 50 cents after I waited over a month for it to show up.

Its the second Controller i buy from them i Love These Controllers
