Product benefit/usage
As a newcomer it was difficult to tell the difference between your Protein and Isolate (benefits, use etc).

Care for their quality of products
I recently bought a 1kg peanut butter, and when the product arrived I read the shelf life was very short, which wasn't stated on the website or product description at the time of ordering it. Which would have influenced my decision to order it.
I have contacted the Customer Care team at MyProtein, and Silungile was very kind and understood my disappointment. MyProtein always thrives for the quality of their products and has offered to refund the cost of the peanut butter as a gesture of appreciation for my loyalty.
As a recurrent customer, I have to say this is great customer service and I will still be loyal to this brand.
100% recommendation for both product quality and customer service.
They invest in Research and Development and it's reflected in the quality of their product.

Order Not Dispatched
I placed an order for 6kg of whey protein on 12 March 2024. From that date until 25 March I received two "Order Status Updates" to advise my order had not been dispatched and Myprotein were working on it.
On 25 March I cancelled the order and received a confirmation email. I then purchased protein from another supplier.
On 27 March I received an email to advise my order had been dispatched which I thought was an error.
In early April we received the order that was no longer required.
Myprotein has become a poor supplier, with product often not in stock, and administration and delivery have both become unreliable.
I would need to be convinced this situation has changed before I became a Myprotein customer again.
In the meantime, I will continue to purchase from a competing supplier that does not have these issues

first impressions
Initially I was impressed about the pricing.
However once checked out I was disappointed to see extra costs of delivery fee which is understandable.
Other websites often have a free delivery if you spend enough. This would impress me lots if this website adapted that and would encourage me to buy more.

Delivery is not free regardless of the amount of order which is not ideal.

Loving these products - protein powders taste yummy for this type of product as fo BCAAs so easy to drink - I add the glutamine to my protein drink or BCAAs which makes it easy……delivery time was fast so could start on my healthy journey almost immediately……will definitely purchase more products from these guys…..
