Another new scammer on the list
I would like to share this unfortunate experience with this scammer as I purchased items online last week and paid it with my credit card.
The amount was reasonable for the items were purchased. Apart from order confirmation that was sent the same day with the purchase which was last week, I have never received any further update from the merchant: tracking # or availability of the items. I followed this up with them today after a week with no news, the person who spoke in broken English (Asian) just said something messy in their system and can’t deliver some item. There is no decency to update me about that and they just said sorry. When I raised the complaint why they didn’t let me know about it and only until I chased it with them to find out no available items. I’ve asked for the full refund which am sure they wouldn’t even bother processing it. So, in short I just wanted to warn everyone beware of this scammer. All the details provided seems dodgy. I wished I didn’t have to leave any star rating at all here, but it won’t allow me to proceed providing review here.
