Their website some-times has limited information which is further obscured with terms such as “Remember that the second product image displays the accurate item, while the first image pertains to the product category.” Yet for many items there is no second image.

Also, multiple attempts to ask them questions via the only two methods they have available email and webform both went unanswered for over a week.

This does appear to re-enforce that they are not an easy company to contact.

I have ordered an Bedroom Heatpump from NZ Depot on 15 May 25 and paid and that product says the item is onhold. When you email NZ depot call or txt, no replies come back so what is the update? You feel helpless when you cannot speak to somone. will it be sent or what?

I ordered a window fan from this outfit 2 weeks ago. received a nice invoice and receipt. Thats where the experience ended. Nothing has turned up. I have emailed them . no reply, I have rung the mobile phone and you guessed it no answer, I txt the mobile number it come back it cant be delivered. I think this outfit is a scam so beware as I doubt I'll ever see the goods.

Slow expensive shipping with hidden processing fees...
Dont order on a Wedsnday or Thursday and expect it to be there by the weekend... They are Slow operators. Pissed me off as shipping is $$$$

Your web site is really slow. You can't pick how many items you want to see at a time, so you have to keep changing pages and since it's so slow it makes you want to give up looking.A plus is that your prices seem quite good.

Same product brand but cheapest compared to others.

took awhile to sort out as to make the payment , now all sorted , blocked by the VPN
