Absolutely ridiculous, ordered a gift for a friends wedding on express , now a problem with the order and they can't say when it will come , they are flying to vegas and it won't be there , first and last time I will order.
UPDATE - nearly a week after you have ment to have delivered it you are telling me I can have a store credit not a refund & the production is on hold !!! absolutely ridiculous, a disgrace of a company.

I don’t feel like the men’s jewelry is very “manly;” the compass necklace I got for my husband has a very dainty chain and charm. I would not have expected his chain to match the chain of my necklace but it does.
My necklace on the other hand is exactly what I expected it to be; that is had I not made a mistake on my order. I ordered the initial lock necklace. Unfortunately, I missed the note stating that symbols are not automatically included. So instead of having a lock with T❤️A; I accidentally ordered a lock that just has TA on it. Pretty devastated by my error.
