Poor communication and no apolo

I placed an order through their website, but after taking the order they contacted me to say the gloves must be bought in packs of 12 and asked me to increase my order. This was not made clear before checkout, and the website allowed me to place the order normally.

I did not need 12 pairs, so the order could not go ahead. They refunded the money, but there was no proper apology, no explanation, and no attempt to take responsibility for the unclear listing.

Very poor customer service and a waste of time. The website should clearly show minimum order quantities before accepting payment.
