Online experience very simple to use, even for an octogenarian with limited IT skills!! Was kept informed throughout procedure so not worried that I had omitted any stages. Informed immediately that payments received etc which was very reassuring.

I am a serial switcher to get the best rates. Oaknorth are often but not always up there with the best rates. I like the fact that I get a text to confirm movement of money almost immediately, it saves logging in until convenient. What I would like though is if I could use one email address for both my account and my husbands because he does not have an email.
