Oaks was one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for. All the way from the general manager that steals from the company and employees, to the favoritism of management with family that works under them. They take lunches from your time card but dont allow you the time to take the lunch. They run you well over your Hours of Service and threaten to find someone else to do the job if you don't comply!

Oaks Dumpster allowed a contractor to authorize charges to my credit card without my approval and no contract signed. Now they will not return requests for follow up phone calls from management after numerous complaints.

Service was prompt and professional. Problem is with what they charged me for tonnage in dumpster. Did a 3 square tear off with 4 sheets of plywood to replace. Billed me for 1.4 tons. 3 square of shigles weighs 750 lbs max, 4 sheets of plywoid weighs 200 lbs max, and a roll of felt weighs 60 lbs. Add it up. 1010 lbs. No where near 1.4 tons. Will never use them again.

This is not a good company to rent from.

They only give you a final cost without any proof of how much weight was actually added to the dumpster.

If you are looking for trust and transparency, go with another company that will give you the exact weight of the items in the dumpster.

Ask for pictures and video of them weight the dumpster.

This is the only way, you be able to know if they are ripping you off or telling you the truth about your dumpster weight.

Don’t waste your money on this company, there are many better ones out there.

What I think about this company? You tell me! I have applied numerous times for truck driver positions to this company and finally I have been selected to interview!!! But regional manager names Kaile (what ever his name is) such an idiot and have no idea what he is talking about,so he is reject me as a CDL A driver with 45 years of experience as truck driver and 0 DOT violations,0 DMV violations,0 accidents,0 DWI,0 DUI ect.This corporate company is only good for to be dumped on lend field where they dump their garbage.

Would never recommend them. Unprofessional and rude. I will also for warn you they will scam you. My dumpster was suppose to be picked up on Monday. They called me and said they had a hydraulic problem with a truck. I did not buy that one but. It was raining hard Monday and Tuesday. They did not even showed up on Tuesday, but did on Wednesday when it was nice out. I put down 600 for the deposit for a 475 rental. I lost the rest of my deposit plus charged an additional 52. I was told we were over by almost a ton. This dumpster sat for 2 days in the pouring rain. No drain to release the water and everything getting drench. I paid for their incompetence and would never use them again. Big caution they will scam you.

I’m hoping that my honest review helps someone to choose a different service. This is my second time ordering from this company. Put the dumpster on the driveway and ruined my driveway. Charged me for an extra ton when I know there wasn’t that much in there. Very rude!

Dumpster delivery and retrieval was punctual, and customer service is second to none!

It's the only company that I use. They are friendly and dependable

I was supposed to have my monthly dumpster costs deducted from my account and I do not see the payment process, please check your billing and payment procedure.

We've ordered 7 dumpsters from Oaks this year for a renovation & have had a great experience with each order. Jen & Phil have both been amazing & extremely helpful, highly recommended.

Great people to work with. At times I have proposed some unusual requests and they always helped us out.

Prompt. Courteous phone service. We are fairly new with Oaks Dumpster, but they have done everything they said they would do. Very pleased.

The dumpster was delivered right on time. When I had a problem, I was able to extend the time I needed the dumpster at a very reasonable price. I had some questions about what was allowed to put in the dumpster and received courteous and timely answers.They came and picked the dumpster up on the date specified. I would use these guys again and recommend them highly.

The communication was good from the start, the price was the best in town, and pickup and delivery went without a hitch.
