AVOID!

AVOID!! I ordered a pair of what looked like a great quality pair of shoes, very excited for them to arrive, only for them to never arrive! My tracking number showed that it shipped from China and took 2 weeks to get to the local depot and was 'apparently' "Delivered, handed to customer". I sent an email to their support address who replied 4 days later saying they'd look into it but a month later, nothing delivered and nothing resolved. I tried the chat function on their website but got nowhere. Have requested a refund but haven't heard back. I couldn't find any reviews of this "company" so I thought anyone looking to buy should be made aware. If the company reads this, please refund me. I've sent you multiple emails, you know who I am.
