My experience working with Arran and Oakstone was very positive and professional. Arran sourced me as a passive candidate and his information and knowledge of the role, the organization, and the leader he was recruiting for drew me in. I have worked with a few recruiters in the past and Arran was by far the most prepared and informed. He took the time to get to know me and what was important to me.
