DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Booked through wowcher for which sounded like a good deal. after i paid my booking there come a range of misleading e mails from having to pay extra for the fire pit light and extra money for a breakage deposit to using the spa facilities if you book via a third party (wowcher) none of the above was explained prior to the booking (i wouldnt have booked with all the hidden extras) you then get an e mail stating that a load of works are being carried out and the are mud hills in the road leading up to the accommodation. a few days before your stay you are then sent an e mail stating that there is no reception and you will have to find your stay in the dark and they then provide you with a load of pin numbers to access the accommodation (in the dark). on top of all this whilst e mailing my disapproval to the above i was met with some very rude replies for example they don't care about my idle threats and sarcastically wishing me a good day also basically calling me a liar the point of my facts above.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY please see below some replies from their e mails

Lee,

We have no problem with your idle threats, this is not what we offer on our website when booking direct. You have no cointract with us, you booked a cheap, discounted break through a third party.*******

******Perhaps in future you respond in a timely manner to messages you receive and also actually read what you are purchasing, maybe then we could have been hospitable and without your abrupt messages.

As mentioned, we will communicate with Wowcher, have a great day.******

I am extremely pleased for you, and hope this has been an enrichment to your life. Please understand, this is all your doing and down to an incompetence I have never seen before. Sometimes in life, you have to accept blame and move on.

Have a great evening, and I hope this helps you sleep better, or just get a hobby.******
