Good, easy transaction and nearly a speedy delivery. One problem… your carrier did not inform us when they were delivering. Consequently we missed our delivery and had to wait for the next - and again no communication from the carrier, fortunately we were at home the second time.

Excellent customer service for once
Excellent customer service, which is a rarity nowadays.
I ordered the Kettler canopy on Sunday, was rang by customer service on Monday and received the item on Wednesday.
Would definitely use again without hesitation.
