Further lack of interest from oak mobility. No contact made still no update on when the chair will be mended. 10th september today been waiting since july!!!

The overall experience with Oak Tree Mobility was excellent. Andrew Murphy was friendly, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Andrew explained the products and the demonstration chair he brought was invaluable. His input was very beneficial and helped me with the furniture I chose.

Rod Mason visited us all the way on the west coast of the Lake District, and we found it a very pleasant experience, given that he was on time, and honest about the product options and prices for our needs.

We had a meeting with Lee Wainwrite from Oak Tree Mobility and we were very pleased with how the appointment went we didn't feel pressured to buy anything and he was very professional and helpful to ensure that my father in law got the best help and chair that he needs and wanted, Lee was very friendly easy to talk to and we have had a very good experience with the company.

Fantastic service john was so helpful and allowed me to sit in chair as I wished for everything tended time to properly test out how each part felt which allowed me to make an informed decision. John explained everything clearly and in a simple way that I understood and answered all of my questions there was no pressure for me to buy anything and all options were covered. John jarvis is a polite and friendly guy as was Tom the guy who sorted the credit out would recommend this team and service to everyone

Lain was helpful and easy to get on with it.

Ted arrived early and was relaxed and friendly. I immediately trusted him . He always waited for me to ask the questions. , but was frequently giving me advice based on all his other customers experiences. To be able to touch and experience the bed was fabulous, I never felt pressured nd was able to make independent decisions. In all a good experience.

The salesman didn't presur me into a sale &he showed me lots of different types of beds & prices, l was very pleased with the salesman, thank you.
