Bought my motor home in to oak tree motor homes to have a bike rack fitted as arranged when I bought him a few weeks ago. Mat said it should take about an hour and I sat in reception to wait. Gina kindly provided coffee and biscuits and printed off a copy of my RAC warranty for me as I am not an email expert!
As always a job well done. I have to say that one really does feel valued as a customer. Thank you.

The guarantee of full service and Timing belt change. MOT and Tax prior to collection. Also renewing or repairing any problems found on buyers inspection. 3 Year Warranty and after care service, MOT servicing etc.

I had seen a motorhome I liked online and decided to travel over two hours to view it. I don’t regret that decision.
All the motorhomes and vans are open so you can view them at your leisure with no sales pressure. There was plenty of vehicles to choose from. When I needed assistance the staff were very helpful and provided free tea/coffee while I was waiting. The staff are very knowledgeable and provided full mechanical and habitation checks before collection. I had a reversing camera fitted prior to collection, just one of the options I could have chosen.
If I ever decide to change my motorhome I would definitely go back.

I've just bought my second motor home from oak tree. The reason I went straight to them and never even looked elsewhere, is because of they're after sale care. Nothing is to much for oak tree, if you have a problem, they are straight on it. Staff are so helpful and friendly. They really can't do enough for you. All good from start to finish. We had been looking for a motorhome for around 12 months, nothing quite fitted the bill. We decided to take a ride out to Oaktree Motor Homes after spotting one for sale on their website. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone. We were left to sit in the vehicle and check it all over. We initially only went to look however was very impressed when we saw it. We purchased there and then, it is our first Motorhome and felt it important that it was the right one for us. When we came to collect, we were met at the train station. The motorhome was immaculate, freshly valeted , MOT, Service and some lovely extras. We dealt with Andy Vinson who was very helpful the whole way through. There were a couple of minor issues picked up prior to us collecting which were all put right before our collection date. The drive home was fab, we are very pleased with our purchase and hope to make many memories in the future. I have already recommended this company to other prospective purchasers as of the ones we visited, this one by far was the best.

All the Staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a couple of modifications done when we purchased the motorhome, we were given clear and precise information and alternatives before the work was completed. We also had a couple of minor issues which were immediately rectified and once again everything was explained clearly by the fitter who completed the work.

No pressure sales was left to look around stock on our own. Staff helpful and polite any questions or quires were answered in layman's terms.Not rushed to make a decision. After sales is 1st class, can see why this company is rated so highly

Fiat ducato,from looking round to purchasing this van the staff were wonderful,they just left us to it,there was never any pressure from them but always very helpful if we did need them.also when we went into the reception to purchase the van,yet again they were lovely offering us drinks and biscuits and making us feel very welcome.Thankyou Oaktree we would definitely visit again if we need to upgrade.

Professional and friendly team to deal with. Found us a motorhome that met all our requirements. Picked up mid week and couldn’t wait to go away that weekend, we did have a clutch issue whilst away but we contacted the team at Oaktree Motorhomes and they swiftly resolved it. After looking online for a Hymer left hand drive we found our ideal at Oaktree Motorhomes, Nottingham. We duly arrived to look around and what a choice. We were left alone to look around and felt no pressure. Upon entering the office we were introduced to Neil. Neil was so helpful, knowledgeable and personable he offered a deal we could not refuse. The Motorhome ticked all our boxes and three weeks later we drove off in it. I would like to congratulate the cleaners who valeted the Hymer it was immaculate. Neil from sales and Mark from the workshop doubled up to send us off with absolutely no qualms that we had had a 7* experience.

We would like a cooker fitted but can understand why the wait to get an appointment with the service department is some two months. The whole team from reception through sales to the guys in the workshop were a credit to the business.

"I'd recommend Oaktree Motorhomes Ltd because - to pick it up - I travelled 1000 Mile round trip from north east Scotland . When I encountered an issue on the way home, the service manager went above and beyond his obligations to see it got fully sorted and that I got home safely. Unbelievable customer service, cannot recommend them highly enough. Delighted with my motorhome. Thanks to the team at Oaktree Motorhomes and especially to David Bacon their service manager.

Phoned to book a test drive that day and the motorhome was reserved so nobody could view. Refreshing change a previous experience. Jason was really helpful, explained how everything works, would definitely recommend.
