We came across Oakview Windows and Doors in our search for a new front door. Choosing Paul was the best decision we made! The service he provided was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, kept us updated on the ordering and delivery, he fitted the new door with so much care and attention. The fitting process came with hurdles which Paul said “I’ll sort it, not for you to worry about, I won’t leave you in a mess” and he stuck to his word! His attention to detail and ensuring everything was right and finished as best as he could was 5* and more. Our new front door looks amazing and we are so pleased with it! I first came across Paul is his previous employment (a supply only window company) where he provided the most incredible after sales technical advice. I was a competent DIYer but I hadn’t tackled anything as ambitious as replacing sash windows. Paul single-handedly made this a straightforward experience and went above and beyond to talk me through the process from start to finish and was available whenever I hit a stumbling block. 3 years later I needed to replace one of the double glazed units which had been damaged. Naturally I contacted Paul for advice on fitting. I didn’t realise he’d since set up his own company but despite this he didn’t hesitate to help me and has gone out of his way to assist me in fitting the replacement unit. This has saved me a fortune in labour costs. I can’t thank him nor recommend him highly enough.

Paul came out to see us to price up new internal sliding doors. Very professional,polite ,punctual and turned up when he said he would not like other trades. Absolutely top job,top quality product and unbeatable price. Used him 3 times now. Don’t go anywhere else,you won’t beat for all of above.10/10

I've ordered windows before but never sash or of this size. There is a lot of details to go through and make sure are right. This was an extremely important order and Paul was very helpful and is extremely knowledgeable. Always available to give a hand. If it wasn't for his help I wouldn't have felt comfortable making an order of this size.
